Unfortunately really disappointing. They reused dirty acetone to soak off my nails from the client before me! Tried giving them many chances but the cleanliness was a deal breaker for me. Very nice people, but cutting corners to save a few cents on acetone is crazy.

Overall happy with the full set of acrylics, the tech did go a little rough on the nail when prepping, and I do wish a little more time was taken to make sure they were even (this wasn't very noticeable, but as they grew out it did start to bother me a bit). Large selection of polishes, and the color looked beautiful when it was done. The nails themselves were very durable, even with a longer length than what I am use to, they didn't break or get caught on anything. Lasted for 2 weeks until I decided to remove them, and holy heck it took hours to get them off.

Beautiful work on a woman with very arthritic hands/fingers and feet/toes they always take so much care. Special treat massage of my feet/toes today.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I had scheduled an appointment for dip removal and gel manicure. The entire process lasted less than 25 minutes.
1. The dip removal consisted of cutting my nails down, and sliding something underneath the dip powder to pop off nails. There was no filing or acetone soak. WOW this hurt???
2. No nail shaping or filing. Had to ask multiple times to file a nail that accidentally got cut down in dip removal.
3. Nail got cut and then created a hang nail.
4. Had to ask for a third coat of gel polish because you could see how terrible my nails looked through the polish.
5. Polish left all over fingers. Nice.
And for some reason I still tipped 20%. Save yourself and go to Nail Couture in Madison. Cheers.
Update: 24 hours later and already lifting.

I had the BEST pedicure of my life last week at Gel Nails with Hana. I was having a bad day and this completely turned my day around. She took her time with the leg massage and the rest of the service. It never felt rushed, which was very refreshing. I will definitely be going back routinely and telling friends! Thanks Hana!
