I prefer to get my hair cut at any Great Clips location because I appreciate the online checkin system. I drove out of my way to get to this Great Clips and was not disappointed. My stylist, Kristen, basically already knew what to do because of notes in the system left by the last stylist I saw and patiently listened to my additional requests. She gave me exactly the cut I was looking for and double checked that I didn't need any changes. She was very respectful and speedy while maintaining a great quality of work. Thank you!

I called the salon and asked if I drove 30 minutes they would have time for a haircut. She said to register online. I did and I even asked her to confirm she saw I did. She said yes. I got there and they said they didn't see my name on the list. They were able to squeeze me in. The stylist asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture clearly what I wanted. There were layers and an inverted bob to my shoulders so I could still put it up. She said oh no I think you should do this and proceeded to give me an ear length bowl cut. No layers. No texturing. My hair is already thin and flat. This made it look so much worse. She needs work on her small talk too. So disappointed. I will not be returning.

I did the online check-in, but, upon arrival, I found my name had been removed from the list due to the delay between check-in and arrival (approximately three hours). An employee put my name back on the list, but, when I returned a little over an hour later, same story: name removed from list due to the delay between check-in and arrival. Super frustrating! I don't expect the store to keep a name on its list overnight. I do expect it to not remove a name during the day. This store puts itself, not the customer, first.

Wonderful place. Fast and professional work. Extremely friendly. I am definitely coming back next time.
Requested style: I did a high fade on the sides and a nice trim on the top.
Hair type: Curly thick short hair
Stylist: She was very friendly, fast, and sharp in her work.
