We have gone here a lot for repairs on our Chevy Cruze Limited LT. We have always been very satisfied with their quality and reliability. They have always been welcoming and treated us well. We have spent thousands of dollars on our car repairs with them. However, recently, something has changed. We had an appointment set up for 8am tomorrow (Sept 7) for rear struts. We called 3 weeks in advance to make this appointment and make sure we had a loner car. They said absolutely of course no problem. Called yesterday to double check on our appointment and on our loner car. Said “we will call you right back.” Never received a call back so we called AGAIN today to figure out what was going on…and informed them we were in town to drop the car off so we weren’t driving back and forth. Said “we will call you right back” AGAIN & waited for over 45 minutes and heard nothing. Went home and called (making the first call back yet again after being told they’d call “right back”) and was told we could come at 5:15pm. Said okay and went about our day. Get a call 30 minutes before we were to take the car and said they no longer had a loner car for us. With all the money we have spent here and how much they preach “we are like family,” this is not how a business should be treating customers. I’m very unhappy and disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We ended up purchasing a 2014 Acadia from K&F about 2 1/2 months ago already for $15,000. After 3 weeks we needed rear upper control arms done which they quoted $800 bucks for. When we ended up getting a quote from somewhere else it was $436. After getting a diagnosis scan from our friend’s OBD2 reader done a few days ago it said that the Coolant Temp Sensor now needs to be replaced. Scheduled for K&F to check it out yesterday and was hoping for them to replace it with no charge considering the fact it has something to do with the engine to begin with they still wanted to charge us almost $200 bucks to get replaced and then turn around and charged for the diagnostic reading even after we told them that we already knew from our friend’s report that he sent to us from his phone. It was even shown to them. Before we even scheduled for the appointment they never mentioned a diagnostic price to begin with and we were totally blind sided when they pulled the car out and threatened to not give the car back until it was paid for. Cost $69 bucks for them to run a damn test that only takes 10 minutes tops is outrageous. I feel like they clearly knew these problems before they even put it on the lot to sell and this is how they keep business going. People buy cars from them that are done either half a** or not done at all except for detail work to make them look nice to get you to buy them just so they can turn right back around to have to get them fixed and charge an arm, leg, and a foot or bend you over backwards with no lube. Oh and the snotty comment from Brett wasn’t really appreciated either so on top of that there is some very poor customer service. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and expected different especially with having a 4.5 star review. Im not sure what happened. Even with the one review written by a lady 2 months ago saying they bought a vehicle in the past and had a better experience then what they did recently just makes you wonder. I know Covid messed us all up in some way but geez!! Not a good way to do business for sure considering we will definitely not be back and will be telling people to stay away.

Do NOT go to K&F auto for anything. The owner Brandon is dishonest as hell. He called me and said the “wires on the inside of the tire were showing” and that I needed a brand new tire. He said according to his insurance it can’t be plugged. He wasn’t expecting me to say ok I’ll be there in 2 min to check it out. I got there and took pics of it. There are no wires showing and he changed his story about it being able to be plugged as well. He then said “I’ll do whatever you want but for insurance purposes I’ll have to have you sign off on it in order for me to plug it.” He wasn’t worried about the integrity of the tire at all because when I went to pay the $40+ for the patch all I signed was the bill. I didn’t sign anything specifically stating that I had him patch an “un-patchable” tire.In response to your review comment: There was nothing specifically written on the bill of sale stating a recommendation for the tire not being able to be safely patched. So if you wrote it on the bill of sale that was done after I signed it.You also told me the tire care package would not have covered a new tire, it would cover “most of it, depending on how much tread was left” so even with that package you still would’ve called me and told me the tire needed to be completely replaced. The tire was fine, if it was as bad as you made it sound on the phone before I showed up, you wouldn’t have patched it after I saw for myself there are no wires showing as you stated to me on the phone.There are in fact no wires showing on the inside of the tire. When I took the photos I ran my hand along the entire circumference of the slightly worn part of the inside where you said wires were visible and it was smooth and absolutely zero wires protruding or showing.

First time coming here, seen an ad on facebook decided to check them out. Came in for a oil change and a new tire. Very professional, and great service, very friendly, and nice waiting area will be coming back.

Service is very quick and nice. The mechanics really don’t pay attention To the issue and just assume what it is. My engine light was on, they fixed the “issue” $760 later. 3 days after driving my engine light comes back on. They take it in and replace 1 thing, it comes back on 3 days later the SAME issue. I’m out over $900 for a mechanic not thoroughly doing their job

Wonderful experience! I contacted K&F and they were able to get my vehicle in the next day for service. The job was done within a few hours and I was contacted the next day to make sure everything was working properly. We will definitely use K&F again for our automotive needs!

We purchased a vehicle from K&F several years ago and overall have been very happy with the vehicle. Our nephew purchased a vehicle from them a few years ago and is very happy with his car as well.With that being said, we will not be taking any vehicle of ours in for any type of service after our last visit.They got us in the next day to go over the vehicle and give a quote. We wanted a quote on our front end because we suspected a bearing was going, and we also wanted a quote on an alignment and one other standard service.After they inspected our SUV we were given the quote. I was expecting to see a price that was half what they quoted us. I was dumbfounded when I saw the quote was nearly $1300. We paid for the inspection and left.After reviewing the paperwork, I discovered that the $1300 quote was actually a quote to replace ONE bearing. Nothing else was included.While we were standing there at the counter a gentleman walked in requesting his keys because he was taking his car elsewhere for service because he found a different location that was less expensive and he was tired of waiting for the work to be completed.We had our regular mechanic go over our vehicle and repair the bearing and purchased 2 new tires for the vehicle for 1/2 of K&F's quoted price for 1 bearing.VERY disappointed. Our experiences prior to the pandemic were very different. I am fully aware that the cost of hourly labor in most shops has gone up considerably, but this was outrageous.

These guys literally saved my life! They were booked out till Friday but given the severity of the noises they got me in. When I got to worked that day my tire apparently was about to fall off. 4 of my studs broke off. I am so thankful they were able to get my car in as I work 45 min away and would have had no way home or back to work. Katlyn was amazing and noticed I still had temp plates on and took pictures for me and informed me of some dot laws to use to try and get reimbursed since I had just purchased this vehicle. I really do feel like I was completely cared for I will be back for the rest of my repairs and future maintenance.

This is the first time we have used K&F and we were blown away by the service we received. Not only were they personable, informative, and helpful at the initial contact, they went above expected to complete our repairs on extremely short notice. I had been prepared to wait at least a whole day before they would be able to fit us in. Instead, they had us rolling in no time at all. I had no expectation of a priority need given that it was such short notice and we are first time customers. We definitely will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.Service: Air conditioning

Brandon, Kaytlynne, Manny keep our 2 vintage cars in top running condition. They communicate clearly, work is done expertly and they always check in to make sure cars run as promised. We also like their diagnostic assessments so we can know what is ahead of us.
