sorry but I'm going to have to give this store at 2, My brother's and I went to the store with only one employee, my brother had grabbed a candy and the employee yelled at him to put it back and to wait for our mom to buy it, then one of my brothers had forgotten to leave their chocolate and he came up attempting to take his goods away, possibly never coming back if this is what they treat kids, they were 7 and 5

Definitely very bad customer service, the lady who charges one cannot ask questions that affect the clientele because they immediately get offended and argue like biejas berduleros just because I asked them if they had a bathroom and they answered no to the public and the Honestly, I told him that it was incredible to me that such a large and separate store that sells food to eat in the establishment does not have that service. Customer but she clings not to the public and so that people who enter that store know are considered regular non-public customers and apart from that she told me to tell my children not to grab the products they have in the box to offer to the customer. client, my children are 8 years old and I responded that this was a place in a public area and that if it has those products it is to sell and when you buy something it is logical that you have to review it but definitely
I wouldn't take another step in that store and how sad it really is for those types of people who don't have a bit of objectivity in what they do in order to gain customers, they scream at them with their actions.

I like it, I have worked in grocery since I was 13, I have seen the publications and I know very well that we all have a bad day or wake up bad, even more so, running a store every day is stressful, I worked for 5 years in a grocery store, reconsider the hours I get to work at night, because I know very well what stress is and I dare to say that they are doing well unlike Mexico

Love this place. Excellent tamales on the weekends, their carnitas are good, too! They carry many varieties of El Milagros tortillas. Great variety of cheese, crema, chorizo and nice sopes, huaraches, and gorditas selection. Salsas, pico de gallo, guacamole are near the entrance in a small soda cooler and worth checking out! My kids love getting the package of flan cups and exploring (new to them) cookies and candies. Good amount of grocery items in the aisles. Small, but fine produce section. Cleaning, personal care, and laundry products, too.Everyone has been kind and helpful when I’ve needed assistance. I have not had any issues with rudeness, etc. like others have stated. Everyone I’ve ever encountered has been lovely, and the people behind the meat counter have always been willing to help me figure things out. Great place. Give it a whirl if you’ve been reluctant to check out La Tienda. We’re really lucky to have this place in Fort!

I always like to shop there for my Latin food and spice products. Coming here from Miami Fla, I miss the Spanish foods and cook a lot of the dishes. The people are always friendly and do their best to make this Gringa comfortable that's why I was surprised when the gentleman who rang me up was so rude.

Definitely terrible customer service..., the store is very stocked, but the prices are high and I definitely do not recommend it because those in charge there serve you in a very bad way. I do not recommend that you go, they will make you look bad...I definitely will not return to set foot there
