If I could give no stars I would have. I was a little over a month past due. I called to pay my bill around the end of the second month and found out they had auctioned off all my things. I had everything I ever owned in that storage and they auctioned it for a 300. Dollar bill I owed I even called them and let them know my situation and he said it would be ok. But he kept asking me what was in my storage and I think he saw dollar signs and thats why he did what he did. I called to pay and he said it was all gone and he had to run a business that it is what it is
80,000. Worth of my life gone for 300. Bucks
Karma please get this guy and teach him a lesson. Never go to this storage you might lose everything!!!

I have been with Load n Lock a few years now and it has been very easy going. When I did miss a payment it was dealt with empathetically. I appreciate how smooth the process was to get my unit in the first place; all done electronically on my schedule. When I needed to upgrade my unit in a pinch, it was dealt with promptly and just as easily. I have an indoor unit, it is clean and there is a soda machine, as well as trolleys to help with loading. I think my unit is reasonably priced and would recommend to family.

Very nice inside and secure. Efficient lighting and alarm system from what we could see. Climate controlled and nice flooring. They provide a lock and a welcome bag in the unit. The only downside I would say is a few of the entrances do not have any ramp access I hope that in the future they could redo those. But there are very easy access locations but they could be a little bit farther for you to go depending on where your unit is. I do highly recommend this place.

I was able to get into a unit over the Christmas holiday while the owner was on vacation. He stepped aside to help get everything set up for me so I could move my stuff in right away. Always very helpful and easy to work with!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. On the day of my move, we couldn’t get into the building. We called 10 times and nobody answered. I then proceeded to email after we went to a different storage unit and the guy said he gave us the wrong combination and was out of the state with no backup person to work while he wasn’t there. Very unprofessional and worst experience I’ve ever had at a place like this!
