Had me drop off my vehicle on a scheduled date after explaining to him over the phone the issue I needed fixed. After four days with no word I called just to be told he never agreed to work on my vehicle and for me to come and pick up the keys.

My son was in a bind, and as we are not from the area, we relied on reviews to find a place. Mike was awesome, took great care of us, was upfront, and delivered as promised. I would consider driving the 45 minutes from our house just for this kind of service.

My son had the misfortune of sliding up over a median one slippery morning. After that the car would not steer properly. We live in Sun Prairie, so we do not know local repair shops in Fort. I went off of other ratings (Thanks to those that took the time), and Chose this place to have the car looked at. Mike was awesome to deal with. He delivered exactly as promised and had the repairs done in just a few hours. I would seriously consider driving the 45 minutes for this kind of service! People of Fort Atkinson you are very fortunate!
