Merchandise priced and labeled tested. $99 pet cleaner is 99 cents with tag today. It rang up 99 cents. Said oops, nope, that's our vacuum. 1, it's not a vacuum. It's a rug cleaner in a place that you have concrete floors. You straight up lied to avoid the sale. Was your vacuum tested in July and sat since October 24th, but it's your vacuum. OK.

Well they definitely "know what they have." Felt more like an overpriced antique store than a thrift store.

Sad Vinnies. Tons of junk. The stuff that’s not junk is priced ridiculously. $35 for a thermarest? $60 for an air purifier? No.

A lot of cleaning and organizing has happened here recently. It's looking so much better!!!Only giving 4 stars because some of the pricing seems a tad high. But I have still found great deals and variety here. The bag sale is amazing. The staff/volunteers are very friendly and kind.

Store is overcrowded and messy due to ridiculously high prices. Identical antique items can be found for much less at the antique store on Main Street! At a recent 1/2 price furniture sale, the pieces were still higher than a vintage or antique store would charge. I don't donate here anymore because the warehouse is so packed that donations just sit outside. Need to drop the prices, move more merchandise, make the store easier to navigate.

My go to place for childrens clothes and toys. Staff is polite and courteous. It is a good feeling when you can get them to laugh. The last Thursday of the month they have a bag sale, only $7.50 for a grocery bag of clothes

Unorganized, Very poor quality, high prices, Judgemental looks from employees. There's simply no way that quality items aren't being donated, So where are they going?

Staff is so very kind and friendly. Prices are best in the area for thrift stores. Items are quality condition.

This location is very disappointing. It feels very unclean and dirty the moment you walk in. Several items should not be for sale due to their quality. Several furniture items were broken and many items are very overpriced for a thrift store. The entire store feels messy, with the layout not making sense and difficult to navigate. The only plus to this place was the friendly staff. It is unfortunate the quality of the entire store feels neglected.

This store used to be my favorite thrift store to shop and donate to but it's become so overpriced and they rarely have sales. There was a period where they actually stopped accepting donations because they were so full. Why would you choose to turn away new donations rather than mark things that aren't selling down? So stuff sits there and doesn't sell with no new inventory added? Don't know many thrifters that will continue going in every couple weeks if its the same overpriced stuff. I rarely go anymore. I hope the Cornerstone restore SVDP has acquired doesn't start going down this road! You are a charity selling donated goods! Clean house and get rid of the old records no one buys and give stuffed animals away like you used to, for starters!

Things all over the place. Furniture it crazy. Lots of items that shouldn't be put out for sale. Not at all attractive. Watertown is a much more appealing store.

I was in dire need of a juicer and so thankful to have passed by St. Vincent De Paul Society Store While visiting the beautiful city of Madison, Wisconsin this past weekend. I almost passed this hidden GEM but it was definitely POPPIN from the outside view...I had to stop and see what the commotion was. Upon entering the parking lot, which had plenty of parking..I asked a worker who was moving cones if this was a thrift store and he said Yes ma'am. I knew it was going to be a good encounter. The store is very clean and organized. After looking through the clothing bins , which are sold by weight at $1.50 per pound, I went back to the housewares section and that's when I saw it!!! I found a Breville fountain plus juicer for a whopping $3!! SCORE!!! Now that's what I call SWEET DEAL!! Did you juice today?

Manager is GREEDY and RUDE! Doesn't realize she runs a thrift store NOT an auction house! Item was on the sales floor with a price tag on it. When I got to the register to pay, she told me "oh, you can't buy this this. It's on Ebay"! My sales person shouldn't have priced it and put it on the floor !" I told her, this is a thrift store, not an online auction. GREEDY! Prices so high, not even worth shopping there anymore! We definitely WILL NOT BE!

I don't know what is going on here, but this place has become terrible. Merchandise is put out that's broken, dirty and unusable. Everything is priced like a high end antique store. They have so much overpriced junk furniture that you can't even access some shelves/areas- too much inventory that just sits because it's priced so high.
