From Hometown Pharmacy

Hometown Pharmacy was established in it’s current location in Fort Atkinson by E.E. Sheldon in 1876. In 1895 it was purchased by J.W. Gates. In 1931 the pharmacy was sold to Harold Tuttle and renamed Tuttle’s Pharmacy. Tuttle’s Pharmacy has since be owned and operated by three generations of the Tuttle Family (Harold, James and now Jon). In 2017 Jon and Becky Tuttle brought in Hometown Pharmacy as a partner. Hometown Pharmacy partners with independent pharmacists across Wisconsin to provide support and innovation to independent pharmacies. On August 1, 2018 Mike Zagelow acquired the Tuttle’s remaining share of the pharmacy and continues to operate Hometown Pharmacy in Fort Atkinson today.
