Edited review:I have had a bit of a rough experience this time around with US Cellular, but I feel that the store and the managers did everything they could to assist me within there means. I'm not completely satisfied with the results, BUT they did there best. Shout out to Landon and Eric and whoever else had a hand in this matter. I thank you boys.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Google pixel pro 7 cell phone. Connor was VERY knowledgeable and patient with all my cell questions. He made it easy for me to transition to phone. Good job Connor!!

I went into the Fort USC store on Monday to purchase a new phone. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. The phone I chose ended up being out of stock, and I was told it would be in the following day. Tuesday I worked until 6, load up my two young kiddos into the car and drive 25 mins to Fort and the phone didn’t come in. I was a bit frustrated I was told it’d be in the following day, and there was no communication it didn’t arrive or would be delayed. I make my way back to the store tonight (Friday). I got there around 6:35 and was told they wouldn’t have time to transfer the info from my old phone to my new phone, since they closed at 7. Again, I was frustrated because it wasn’t communicated that it could take up to an hour to transfer the data. Picking up on my frustration Ivan completed the transfer (took 15 mins), but told me I’d have to come back for my promo item / free gift that was being offered with my phone purchase. The female working tonight was clearly irritated that I was there and made comments about other cars pulling in the parking lot, when they’d be able to leave, and dropped a F bomb in front of a customer. Overall not a great experience and will visit a different USC in the future

You may need to wait for a while it's a stream of people that are buying new phones or requesting assistance with the one they have. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly each time I have needed direction in any area regarding usage of my phone.Thank you US Cellular

When they say you will have great service here, and are 5g internet will get you like 300mgs they are lieing, they can't even get you 2mgs on a good day

Don't let them tell you they don't have hidden fees because they absolutely do. I can't believe i stayed with them for 3 years. I was with them for over 3 years and paid over 100 monthly never received a bill that was the same amount it always fluctuates. Even after leaving they claim i still owe them over 400. Which make no sense. I only gave a 2 rating instead of a 1 because the service is decent.

I was just in there last week and got a pink iPhone 13. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name who helped me because she was super helpful and was probably one of the nicest encounters I’ve ever had at a phone store. Like I said I’m not sure who she was exactly, but if you just so happen to see this just know you truly made my day and I love my new iPhone and case

There were two agents working. They were both with people, but we were not greeted when we came in and stood there about 30 minutes, and ended up leaving. Even when you're with a customer, someone should greet people.
