Refused to wear a mask due to anxiety disorder and was refused services. Should be illegal. Waited a month to be refused at the door.

I’ve have Dr. Maguire for years. He doesn’t miss anything and goes through everything thorough. He even calls me past hours to give me test results. I would never change doctors because he cares about the people and their healthcare the nurses that work with him remember you and treat you like family I wouldn’t change this place for the world

Rudest people I’ve ever talked with. Receptionist was so mean, I was just trying to schedule an appointment with my doctor and she told me to go to a walk in urgent care and then hung up on me.

Not the droids we were looking for. The receptionists were completely rude. We wore and bought our own cloth double lined masks to comply with their requirements to see a dr., but that wasn't good enough. We were spoken to rudely by the check in woman who demanded we wear their provided masks. I relayed that we were allergic to ingredients in their masks, but she said we needed to wear theirs anyhow or put it over our own masks. I stated again we had allergies to the ingredients in theirs and she said we did not. I told her that she was being discriminatory for demanding we wear something that we were allergic to and she said she was not and was very rude. The only person there that was nice was the lab tech and the medical student. Very disappointed in the way we were treated by staff. When I returned to drop off lab work to the lab for a disabled person (again wearing my own purchase cloth 2 level mask) I was again talked terribly to by the receptionists. I will never book with this clinic again. Shame on UW for being discriminatory and treating a disable person horribly.

This clinic has been problematic from being allowed to choose a physician, and long wait times w rude phone operators who over step the parameters of their job. Rude and unprofessional is just a few descriptive words to describe the experience. Once I called out there phone operators for the rude behavior then the manager of the office decided to depict my track record of missing appointments during a pandemic where they offered strong recommendations of not coming to the clinic unless a pressing matter. I missed a few appointments but most of them were for blood draws to get a metabolic panel and CBC. There’s one or two women at all answer the phones there that are crotchety and rude and have no business being in any type of hospitality rendering rude behaviors instead of inviting and warming. The redundancy on the phone calls of going through every piece your information to verify it instead of two simple questions has any of your personal information changed? Has your health insurance changed? It’s a simple as that. These people have no business answering phones or even dealing with the public in any manner with the demeanor the attitude and the lack of professionalism they’ve illustrated. .

Dr. Patrick Daley has been the only one of many many doctors to not just brush me off about an issue I've been having with an oroantral fistula and the post surgery complications that have arisen in the last few weeks, looking forward to my ENT appoinment to get this sorted out and be on my way to true recovery from the nightmare that I've been dealing with.

They sat on paperwork for 3 days that needed to be completed and returned to my employer in order to receive HSA contributions. I had an appointment on 12/13 at 1:25pm, faxed them the paperwork an hour later (because they don't use email apparently? Who doesn't have email?) I told my doctor during the appointment the paperwork needed to be returned on or before 12/15. He understood. My employer tells me 4 days later they didn't receive the form until 5pm on 12/16 and I'm no longer eligible for their HSA contribution match for all of 2022. I called UW and they stated "we didn't receive the fax until 12/14 (the following day) and the doctor was out Tuesday and Wednesday." Healthcare can't even process paperwork correctly.

I have been going to this location for 5 years. I've had a variety of medical problems, and the staff have always been courteous, responsive and caring. I will continue to go to this location, I have a great deal of trust in my provider and UW Health!

Excellent care for my family! Doctors, nurses and all the staff here are great! They squeeze you in when they can and they don't try and push unnecessary drugs or treatments on you. I've been going here for 11 years now after only having one other family doctor for the previous 25 and I couldn't be happier with UW-Health!
