Our family has purchased several varieties of Verlo mattresses over the past decade at Ft Atkinson location. We always find the staff friendly, knowledgeable, and good listeners. And we love the comfort and durability with a Verlo mattress. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Verlo!Knowledge & Helpful Staff: Brittany was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient in fitting my husband and me into a new bed. She helped educate us on the different collections and types of beds Verlo offers - so many great options! We chose to have our bed delivered which was a seamless process. The team who delivered our bed were great. They had to accommodate the low ceilings in our stairway and made it look easy! They set everything up perfectly and ensured we were happy.Quality: I haven't slept this good in a LONG time. Our bed feels tailored precisely to our variety of needs and wants. We wanted a bed that was plush but not too plush, firm but not too firm, and would keep us cool throughout the night. We got exactly that! Our new bed is comfortable, supportive, and durable. We actually stay asleep during the night (I didn't realize how much tossing and turning we did due to an old mattress.) They also offer comfort adjustment to make your mattress softer or firmer if your preferences or needs change. I don't see us needing to use that service because we are so happy!Service & Communication: On top of the top-notch quality, helpful staff, they have exceptional communication and service. During our shopping experience, Brittany asked what problems we currently have with the bed and if we experience any aches or pains when sleeping. She went above and beyond to find our exact wants and needs! Brittany helped us pick the best mattress for our body type, sleeping style, and comfort preferences, all within our budget.Overall, we could not be happier with our purchase from Verlo. We will absolutely be recommending it to everyone we know. Thank you so much, Verlo team!

We needed a same day build in a twin sized mattress for our special needs dog as he has to sleep on the floor and his air mattress quit on him. We didn't call Adell until 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday morning and he accommodated us by special building one for us on the same day we ordered it. It needed to be a certain height for our dog as he has a lot of medical problems. We have been buying from Verlo now for 24 years and have never been disappointed. Many thanks to Adell and the mattress building crew for taking special care of our needs. Customer service was way beyond phenomenal. You just can't beat locally produced products. Our dog, Ned, slept like a baby last night.

After posting a 1 star review earlier, the manager at the Fort Atkinson store, Kim had me call him and was the nicest guy and handled a situation that had caused the disappointment and has restored my faith in the Verlo that we had been buying mattresses from for decades. Thank you manager Kim!
