I have posted negative reviews in the past about this Walgreens but over the last year or so they have really redeemed themselves. There have been no errors and the techs are all friendly. Keep up the good work and maybe you'll get my mail order business back Walgreens!

The young girls that work in the pharmacy have horrible attitudes. You could be sitting in one lane with absolutely nobody in line. Someone rolls up next to you. Guess who gets helped first even though you have been waiting for 5 minutes. Absolutely annoying they have no system.

Walgreens has my business due to the variety of products including personal care items, vitamins, regular pharmacy products, organization of products, greeting cards, personal care, great items in the coolers, photography developing pictures from my phone, and many more! Just thank you and all the staff. Patricia

After surgery my physician called in a refill for pain medication at 1pm. Walgreens pharmacist calls at 5:50 pm telling me they did not have enough to fill the order but only enough to last 1 day and may not receive more the following day. I said I will take what is available. They then charged me double amount for 10 pills vs the order for 40. Although it was their fault they did not have enough. Apparently Walgreens partakes in surge pricing. Short orders to create an artificial demand and then charge extra due to the created demand. Like what some fast food restaurants were trying to do. Is this legal in Wisconsin for pharmacies to engage in this practice? Or is it just a policy for the Fort Atkinson branch? I never got a chance to ask because the pharmacist that called was not interested answering questions.

I came to this location for cold medicine, and when I needed help finding one that I needed, the pharmacy ladies were extremely kind and helpful. One of the pharmacists came out onto the floor in order to help me find exactly what I needed, which was above and beyond my expectations. I will be returning in the future.

I went to pick up 2 prescriptions today and I told them one of the prescriptions was new to me. The pharmacist, I’m assuming new herself, started reading off the one that wasn’t new to me and I had told her that and instead of reading the new one she proceeded to throw both bags into the drop box with my debit card and close the drop box so I could grab my things. Before grabbing my card she closed the drop box on my side she then realized I didn’t have enough time to grab my card because she was giving so much attitude and opened it again for me. Didn’t even say have a nice night or anything. Disgusting town pharmacy behavior. She needs to order herself some chill pills and maybe get a new job 😊

My doctor called all of my refills in 8 days ago. One of them wasn't available to be picked up before today. I went in today at 8:00am sharp when the pharmacy opened. One customer was being served at the drive thru window, the other employees were literally standing in place and chit chatting with each other. I ask for my prescription. The girl shambles over to the pharmacist who is standing there doing nothing and holding a cup of coffee. She comes back to the counter to tell me that my prescription won't be done until 10am?!? They have had the refill request for 8 DAYS at this point, and with no other apparent business on the building, they are telling me they need TWO HOURS to drop pills in a bottle??? It is no wonder why these giant corporate businesses keep losing their customers to new and better options.
Everywhere, people like me, people who go to work, pay their bills, follow the laws (I don't speed and I come to complete stops at stop signs for god sake) hold doors open for old people, every day, everywhere, decent people like me are repeatedly kicked in the teeth by corporate America, over and over and over again.
If you want to be treated like a human being, don't pick Walgreens. Go somewhere else.

Really don’t understand what takes so long to walk back get a prescription and give it to someone. I usually wait 20 min if there’s 1 car in front of me. This is ridiculous

There must be two Emily's working there. One is nice and helpful and the other is a lazy, rude pharmacist. I was told "it takes as long as it takes" without answering any questions. I have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacist. I try to avoid this place like the plague due to their inconsistency, and constant rude behavior. You don't tell someone who is DEPENDENT on a medication "it takes as long as it takes". I think her paycheck should take as long as it takes and should depend heavily on her attitude. She'd owe money every week.

I'm pretty sure this is illegal but they told me my doctor wasn't insured which was a lie and then proceeded to say she wasn't authorized to give prescriptions they could still sell me it for $250. if someone isn't authorized to give out prescriptions then you can't give it out regardless of the price. I went to Hometown Pharmacy and got my prescription for $1. I was without medication because of this confusion. So they are very unethical and corrupt
