Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. It’s hit or miss on getting someone who understands customer service attributes at all. The main store area cashiers are always great, just the pharmacy that needs to figure this line of work out. We’re all understaffed and overworked - that’s not an excuse.

Walgreens has consistently provided a less-than-ideal experience for obtaining prescriptions. On every visit to their facility, I've encountered lengthy waits, often exceeding an hour, despite my prescriptions being sent in days before. There have been instances where they mishandled my prescription, resulting in the wrong medication or insurance billing errors. It's clear that a change in staff and pharmacy management is desperately needed, as the current situation feels like a complete farce.

Love the people upfront, absolutely sweet and caring. The pharmacists on the other hand are horrendously rude oh my lord. I have had maybe only 2 women, one who gave me my vaccination, and another who gave me words of encouragement when picking up my prescription, and both of them were extremely compassionate, and I appreciated their kindness so much. Other than that, all encounters I've had have been very rude and impolite.

If I could rate this Walgreens Pharmacy zero stars, I would.Sadly, Tricare stopped participating with Walmart and any local pharmacies and I am stuck.I know for a fact my HIPAA rights were violated when an employee discussed our covid tests with another person. But again, I am stuck with this place. They are constantly out of any drug I need and when I inquire, I am met with such an attitude. If someone is prescribed pain medication, wouldn’t you think the PHARMACY would either have the meds or get them in a timely manner?I’ve been waiting for four days for pain meds after my wrist surgery. Four days with a plate and seven screws in my wrist… How ridiculous to have to wait on pain meds. When I asked, they told me maybe Monday, so now I’m waiting 11 more days with no guarantee?I have lived in 9 states, and I have NEVER experienced such awful service. You are a pharmacy. You only job is to stock and dispense medication and you’re failing.

The Main store itself is clean, organized, and has hand sanitizer at the checkout lane and at the photo station. The staff, from my experiences there, have always been at their stations, so they are easily located if you need assistance. The cashier and attendant's that I had spoken with we're knowledgeable and friendly. The lines usually move fast. Only during big events were the lines longer than normal, and at times have rarely moved slow. These times were due to a customer being either elderly or another time was when a customer had misread the date on their flyer. Both cashiers who were on staff were kind, patient and did their best to help the customer. I do visit this Walgreens frequently and so far have had no issues.

I hate this pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. Refused. Because of him I became sick and working was miserable. I didn't wanna be alive. Luckily I was able to work with my doctor to find another pharmacy.

They refused to bill my insurance with out primary, im poor and can't afford this, so I was left with no choice but to pay. My child needed medication. They They forced me to sign a statement if I do this I lose my health insurance. But they refuse to use my insurance. My child needed medication. I was left with no choice but to sign under duress. I was being squeezed in a rock and a hard place. I believe this is unconditional and a violation of human rights.

The cashiers and staff here are friendly and the store is cleaned and well organized making it easy to locate items. However, the pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to. They have continuous issues with filling prescriptions either due to insurance or simply not coming through, which I’ve never experienced at another Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist is very friendly and informative but the assistant staff and cashiers are always very rude and condescending. I do not recommend this location’s pharmacy.

Customer service sucks at this location in the pharmacy. I’ve had multiple issues, since I moved to this area and it’s the closest one to me now, that I’ve never had or experienced at other locations. I’ve been told to leave and come back a few hours later for meds when me and/or my kid have both been sick or needing medication after surgery even after waiting a couple hours to go pick them up rather than them just getting my order done quickly while I’m waiting in the drive through. The last time that happened I ended up just driving around then parked and walked in with my sick kid that I needed to get home as it was almost 9pm and get to bed because he was sick and needed the medicine. I’ve also witnessed them turn other people there away waiting for medications when they’re sick and literally told them they needed to just come back.. and tonight I witnessed that again and then I had to wait 5 minutes for the pharmacist to ask me if I had any questions when I told the tech I didn’t have questions even though it was a new prescription I discussed with my doctor any questions I did have. Like I’m sorry, if I’m sick and my doctor tells me to go to the pharmacy to get my medications, I’m going to the pharmacy to wait there to get my meds before I go home just to go back out again to come pick up my medications and make a second trip to the same place.

Unable to read an insurance card.Went through the drive-through and waited ~30 minutes only to be told my insurance isn't accepting the charges despite having spoke to them.Pharmacist assistants weren't entering my information correctly. There is a clearly labeled RXID that needs to be entered. I went inside to get it straightened out and the employee who initially helped me looked incredibly irritated and was downright rude, giving me a dirty look. All for a mistake on their end. This is why I typically avoid this pharmacy. I never receive great service here.

You need to keep your eyes open after holidays, seasons and other events because they usually will have a clearance sale and you can get some very good deals on products. My wife and I noticed one thing this weekend. She had purchased some gum items that were on clearance. Just by coincidence I looked on the back of the package. I noticed a couple of the packs had expired 3 months earlier but was mixed in with products that didn't expire for a couple of weeks yet. This was the Walgreens in Fort Atkinson. We stopped at the Harvard Walgreens on our way home and she found some more on clearance but they were fine. My wife and I are regular customers of Walgreens in the Crystal lake, Illinois area but have not ever seen that before. We would of never thought of checking expiration dates on products like that. We diffinetly check expiration dates on fresh and frozen food products before purchasing it. The next day my wife stopped at the one at Rt.14 and Virginia rd. in Crystal lake and there was M&Ms with nuts on 90% clearance sale and found 3 packs that were expired by over a month she bought it to I believe the managers attention. I went in the following day and they were still in the clearance section. I guess this is whats called "Buyer beware".

So irritating when you're sick & spent 2 hours in doctors office to go get my script and they haven't bothered to fill it because there was an insurance issue. Well I got new insurance & needed to show my card. Or I'd pay cash. But they just choose not to fill it & here I sit for at least another 30 minutes when I should be home in bed. Perfect example of why a mail order company now gets my business for maintenance meds. They don't get that or they just don't care. They'd rather have the lowest ratings of any pharmacy. Big joke.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke.Nothing is ever easy there. I’ve loudly heard techs shaming people for their prescriptions and wondering why they were there to refill their prescription already— one customer clearly stated she needed two for sleep and went through her prescription for one per night and her doc called in a new one. I should be aware of NONE of this. None of this is my business. I was humiliated for the customer. This treatment was embarrassing and likely illegal.Personally it’s a nightmare every time I try to get a prescription here because they can’t update insurance easily it seems. I rarely go here but have needed to when Walmart (excellent pharmacy btw) is out of something and EVERY TIME I do it’s an annoying waiting game and every time they make me feel like *I* am an issue and a major inconvenience. They’re rude, unprofessional, condescending, and generally unpleasant. This is not an overworked, unappreciated Covid issue— they’ve been this way long before all of that.Fast forward to today! They offer free at home covid tests for kids with CLTS, Katie Beckett, forward health. It’s been shared via county websites, social media….they say go through the drive through, pick up your tests. Well, of course, Fort doesn’t know how to manage this in a simply and painless fashion. They had no idea how this works and it became a half hour long wait of them figuring it out, getting information. And now, my husband has to go back because it will be at least an hour to get them together. What is wrong with this place? Why are they consistently constantly THE WORST?!
