We never know what we will walk into going to a dealership we have not been to before; My husband had called and spoke with Joe to make sure they had the car, when we walked in Joe greeted us by name and with a smile. This guy was AMAZING!!! When we sat down to talk it was so relaxed and friendly, like visiting with a friend. “We moved from Illinois to Wisconsin several years ago. Our 2019 Jeep Wrangler was parked in angle parking and a car backed into the drivers rear quarter panel and rear light. We took the car to Bob's Auto body for an estimate. What a fair estimate given for the work that needed to be done. We authorized Bob's Auto ( this is actually the owner ) to repair the damage. And WOW , did he do a great job!! Could not even tell where the damage was compared to the rest of the car. He does great work. We would highly recommend this small business owner in Cochrane Wisconsin for all and any body repairs. Prices are very fair and the workmanship is EXCELLENT. He does not outsource any of the work as he does all the work in house. Plus he is a perfectionist and will make your expectations are exceeded. Highly recommended”

“We had the best experience here! My boyfriend and I were traveling Through to go to Nashville and had all our dash lights come on mid trip. We quickly came to the nearest auto zone and were greeted very kindly. We talked them through our situation, they ran the codes and brought in the mechanic the day of (it’s Sunday btw). He came within minutes and was able to get the job done within an hour of us getting there! All of the staff was very kind and professional and never tried to upsell us on anything!! What could have been a $500 expense was only $10. And the mechanic refused the tip that was offered. Overall a great experience!”
