“They failed to tighten a break caliper bolt on my car after replacing my breaks. This left me stranded in the middle of a intersection after the bolt fell out. I give them four stars because they admitted the wrong doing and mistakes happen. Not a lot of garages would admit that. GREATLY appreciated and it says a lot about how they do business. Just glad nobody got hurt. A fifth star would have been awarded had they offered to tow the car and fix it themselves. Unfortunately I had to fix it, but they paid for the bolt. Maybe a free oil change for my trouble? 😊”
