I connected with Brone's Bikes Shop via Facebook Marketplace as they were selling a Cervelo Aspero 5. I have been looking for the lime green 2022 colorway and all the local shops here in San Diego were sold out.By happenstance, I searched and lo and behold connected with Mark - the proprietor - and sealed the best deal for this amazing gravel bike!Great communication, fast shipping, and oh-so-friendly! If any locals need a great bike shop, be sure to stop by Brone's Bike Shop!

This shop may not be for everyone but it is for me! We're riding our bikes coast to coast this summer, and we've seen a lot of bike shops on the way. This is by far my favorite bike shop (maybe ever). They have an amazing selection of road bikes and accessories and the owners were knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff is amazing! Always go above and beyond to to help me and others out. The atmosphere is great too, full bikes, parts, accessories and riding apparel there is also an ice cream shop inside as well, I can get lost in conversation about riding with these guys as they are very knowledgeable of our area hills. Thank you Brone's Bike Shop! You guys are great!

Mark Brone's bike shop is a terrific place to find your next bike. They have a great variety of bicycles and the folks who run it are extremely helpful and friendly. I bought a used bike in excellent condition and they treated me like I just bought a top-of-the-line new whip. I know where I am shopping next time I can get a new bike!

This is THE finest bike shop in SW Wisconsin...The owners built 2 high end bikes for me and took my suggestion at heart...They could have pushed me to get things I didn't need...both are racers...I used to race but I never asked them to sponsor me...this was a mistake on my part...the staff is both extremely nice and subject matter experts...I could not be happier.

I have purchased three bikes from Brone’s Bike Shop this summer...Mark and Gary are awesome to work with! I have had to bring one back due to user error, and Mark had it as good as new immediately. Gotta love the fact that ice cream and coffee can be found in the same building at World Cup Coffee.

DONT TOUCH THE BIKES!!Past year I have been trying to instill an interest in bicycling in a young boy. On every return trip from seeing his brother at college we have stopped here to admire the bikes, have an ice cream. Today HE wanted to stop and see "the cool bikes". Open sign was on, front door unlocked, lights on. He's into this. Very weird greeting from the shop guy who says in short order this shop is actually closed on Monday. I guess we were okay to walk around, and I didn't ask why you'd have the front door open and the lighted OPEN sign on if you're closed. Anyway, trying to explain to my son how carbon fiber bicycles are made and why they are so light and cool. Shop guy and I am chatting. I can see my son over his shoulder. He is looking at the bikes with deep interest as only a 12 year old kid can. He's gently lifting up on some of the bikes to gauge how light they are, and examining them.Suddenly the quiet of the I guess closed shop is shattered by an old woman SHRIEKING "DON'T TOUCH THE BIKES!" at him, making him jump. I had no idea where this voice came from but after peering into the shadows I saw the outline of some old woman sitting at a table in the semi-dark. Look, I get it. You're closed on Monday even if the sign says OPEN and the door is unlocked. Here is what you do not get: instilling passion in young people is how the bicycle industry and dealers are going to survive, IF they do. When you're in your shop and there's no traffic and no sales and it makes no difference if the door is open or locked because there is no traffic you can think back to days like this, when the future of your sport and business was in your hands and instead of passion you let some ugly old lady ruin it.

We live in Arizona and while I love my Salsa Warbird… after 4 yrs and ~30,000 miles it was time for an upgrade. After a long search I landed on the OPEN U.P. My brother in-law who is way more of bikeophile than me, recommend Mark…. Which turned out to be one of the best suggestions ever. Mark is wickedly knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and completely trustworthy - and most of all BUILDS AND AMAZING BIKE. Can’t even be to express how happy I am with this fantastic buying experience – he has a customer for life.
