When I have called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for anything such as opening a CD, they had the paperwork all filled out and it tooks seconds to sign. When I came in without an appointment, they offered to send me paperwork to sign at home. The tellers have always been efficient both inside and at the drive through.”
