I needed ONE item. Store hours closing at 9 PM. Got there at 8:53 PM and doors are LOCKED. Went to Walgreens next door. Don't waste your valuable time with this location.

Ahmed is the worst pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. He treats his customers as bots in a line and not as humans. When you ask a question his only response is “You’ll receive a text message.” I needed a very important medication and he refused to help or show any sign of compassion or empathy and instead bs-ed me off the phone several times.

This is unusual but lately I have noticed a change at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist rarely interacts with me even with new prescriptions. The lines tend to be long. The cashier doesn't understand people well. The cashier has difficulty finding my prescriptions.
There were 3 other people behind the counter and the pharmacist. Only 1 person helping at check out. People behind me, 4 of them to be exact were tired of waiting because the cashier couldn't find prescriptions. She kept ringing them up & then would look for another one. I have no idea what she was looking for.
Frustrating!

The woman at the checkout counter is so friendly! She's pleasant and doesn't make you feel rushed. I pray her awesome demeanor is recognized by CVS as well as other customers!

I was greeted with a smile when I entered the store. The items I needed were stocked and the cashier quickly processed my purchase. I was thanked with a smile. Great people doing a great job.

Pharmacist was very unprofessional.
Did not give me instructions for the medicine I was being prescribed.
Instead they had my immunization records handy and trying to convince me to get vaccins I don't need.
Absolute violation of my privacy to discuss this in a open setting.
I am not going to help you meet your quota for vaccinations!

6:30 p.m. The only cashier was on her cell phone so we just used the self check out. A cashier should be attentive to customers and not on their personal cell phone.

Short staffed and poorly run store. Will not return bad merchandise even if you have the receipt. The store policy at this location is they don’t stand behind any of their merchandise, so buyers beware!

This is not a review of the CVS staff; it is a review of CVS itself. They do not hire nearly enough employees- and each employee is given so many duties, that there is never anyone up front. CVS posted a massive profit this year, and yet their employees are each doing the job of 3 people, and not getting paid well. I consider the owners of CVS to be greedy, non compassionate, pigs. Their store is terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves. It’s painful to watch, and frustrating to wait ages for any help.

This might be the worse pharmacy ive ever been to. They have absolutely 0 care or compassion for there patients. When i arrived i watched the staff be downright rude to an elderly man struggling to get some lifesaving medication. Then i wanted to get my vaccine for the season they insisted i make an appointment as if they were booked for the day. I went on the app and they had tons of availability. I made the appointment and they still refused to give me a flu shot even though it was clear this was my only chance and any waiting would leave a child stranded at school. I can see why this is the worse rated cvs ive ever been to, even the one on farwell has more compassion
