Says open 9am to 5pm on door. Says open 12pm to 4pm online. Show up at 2pm, open sign is on but lights are off and doors are locked. No note on door or anything.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. I've been going to this location for about 8 years and always have Carmen do my hair. She does an amazing job every time. Has amazing customer service skills and is very attentive and makes sure the customer leaves happy. Today I went in and was not greeted nice. Unfortunately Carmen was not there and a Stylist named Nas I believe cut my hair. He was not friendly and messed my hair up really bad. It was not tapered correctly, I had patches of long hair on a 0 fade. He messed up my hard part line and now I have 2 part lines right next to each other. The top was chopped up so bad. When asked to fix certain spots he had a attitude so I just decided to pay and leave. Had to go to another establishment immediately after to get it fixed and the stylish thought he did a really bad job as well. I will continue to go to this location but only when Carmen is working. I always have the best experience when she is there.

Under no circumstance should you book a haircut at this location. No semblance of regular hours, and even if you book a time thru their app, there is a high likelihood their doors will be locked when you get there. I should have known this place was done when Carmen left. Great Clips has done my haircuts for 10+ years. I'm now done with them, no matter the location. 0 stars
