The entire experience was great. They weren’t sure if we could get the three rooms of carpeting installed before Thanksgiving but here it is Nov 11th and everything was completed yesterday. It looks great, installers were amazing and friendly. We’ve used Kerns before and will continue to do so.

Unhappy with customer service, call backs, incomplete installation. Waiting for weeks for job to be completed when we were told 3-5 days. No one seems to know what is going on.We had great service in past … too bad we will look for a different provider in future.

We ordered an entire house full of carpet when we purchased a new house. We found exactly what we were looking for at Kerns and they are helpful, quick to get out to measure the rooms, ordered and installed quicker than we expected. There was not a hiccup during the entire process. Highly recommend.
