My daughter had a sore throat, fever and was negative for flu and covid. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour of my doctor saying they had no availability at the clinic. The nurse practitioner took great care of us. We walked in at 4pm and walked out the door with a prescription and plan of care within 30 minutes. I’d highly recommend this to every parent.

We had an excellent visit to this clinic yesterday and in the past. The NP and pharmacist were both knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. The entire experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The NP who treated my daughter on 1/17 had poor bedside manner, and she told us that my daughter had earwax impacted in both of her ears. I took my daughter in to the doctor to follow-up on this, and she doesn’t have this issue in either ear. I was glad to get my daughter’s strep throat diagnosed, but this was an unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend this minute clinic.

The nurse on duty was absolutely amazing. She’s very nice very thorough and even though I needed to go to the emergency room to take it upon herself to find the closest one for me to go to and even called ahead so they were expecting me. she was very She was very professional and caring.

I went the MinuteClinic based on a referral from a colleague and was glad I did. Scheduling was easy, and I was seen quickly same day. The space was clean. This is a great service, and I'm glad we have on in the North Shore area.

Saw Hanna Naker this morning. Was bombarded with how we can't be late (5 mins late with first snow of the year). Then, wouldn't see us even though we were fully checked in, couldn't get our insurance card to go through in her system and refused to treat usEven though we are covered at this clinic 100 percent.She didn't listen to me talk and wouldn't even let me get a sentence out, it was absolutely awful.She was rude, in my face yelling at me and absolutely don't understand how she practices medicine with how we were treated. I suggest a new LPN for this location asap.

Terrible service! Showed up for my daughters 11:50am appointment for a vaccine and was told to just hang out. We waited till 12:35 and the dr told us we were supposed to go to the pharmacy for the vaccine. We went and the pharmacy found the vaccine wasn't covered verified that our original appointment was with the minute clinic and i guess she just didnt want to do it. Why?? Who knows but i do know she wasted an hour of my time for nothing and canceled our appointment and acted like we didnt have one. Was a terrible experience and aweful dr we now have to find somewhere else to go just to get a vaccine. Thanks for nothing but a waste of time minute clinic!
