I'm sure this is all a problem with Walgreens and not the staff of this particular location, but: They cancelled my appointment to get a vaccination 2 hours before it was scheduled. I called them and they told me they had no record of my appointment, but made a new one over the phone. When I got to the store they told me that they don't accept phone appointments.

A very poorly run pharmacy that’s forever understaffed and requires a very long wait in line. I’m surprised they can stay in business.

Sadly I’ve been in line for 2 hours! This is the last time I use Walgreen’s, having been a loyal patron for at least 36 years.

I called the pharmacy to see if they have Paxlovid in stock after a positive COVID test. I was waiting on hold and someone came on and said, "Pharmacy, please hold." I was on hold again. Then the phone rang about seven times and someone picked up the call and immediately hung up without saying anything. Nice! Their message is clear: we don't take calls, period.

I am a physician who needed to call in a prescription for a patient. After a long time on hold, the voice mail came on to tell me what time the pharmacy is on lunch break (an hour away) and then voicemail never came on, I finally got through pharmacy tech who said pharmacist was busy giving shots (to a whole family) and it will be a while and to leave a voice mail. Once again I told her the vm wasn't work at which point she hung up on me.

Always lines, pharmacy is very very slow, people who work there never can find meds, every time they check every bin like it’s their first day at work

Very bad Pharmacy service , waited for a hour for a covid vaccine. Took people ahead of us that weren't even scheduled. I think they need a class on not to be racist to people of color.
