I see many comments about the pharmacy, but my general experience with store staff has been nothing but helpful friendly interactions. Great service!

Pharmacist is uncaring, made a mistake so I couldn’t get a prescription when I needed it. This was not a narcotic or anything and she wouldn’t give me one pill to get through to the next day to call my doctor. When I asked why i didn’t get a call when I could have done something about it instead of when I got there she said “I wasn’t on shift, not my problem.”I wish my health insurance allowed me to go anywhere but Walgreens. Definitely won’t be back to this one.

Spending time at this pharmacy is worse than my time in combat. I thought all was lost then I found Fitzgerald's in Whitefish bay and all of my pharmacy dreams were answered. Save yourself so many headaches and make the extra 5 minute drive. It's worth it, trust me.

This is the worst experience with a Walgreens pharmacy I've ever had, over and over again. I will be switching and driving farther to avoid this place.

They don't answer the phone. They just put me back on hold and eventually hang up on me. Tried repeatedly, same result.

Worst place ever. I’ve come here multiple times and every time I’ve always had to wait 45minute + to get a prescription and then they never gave me back my insurance cards and then said they didn’t have it. I’ve never dealt with people so slow and yet rude in my entire life. I understand being short staffed and everything but this is totally unacceptable. Definitely will be finding a different pharmacy.

I haven't had any major issues with this location. There was a period where scripts weren't filled due to Covid outbreak. Frustrating, sure. Am I going to demolish a business for that. No. I really like the drive through option even though there's often a wait.

Closed 3 hours early due to staffing. Coin toss if your scheduled immunization (flu, COVID) is even in stock. I'd give a second star if they did the right thing by locking the door and throwing the keys in Lake Michigan.Update 8 months later.It's been eight months since I returned. This location seems to be one of the first in S.E. WI to get COVID booster updates.Got my booster 70 minutes after my appointment. It was in jeopardy when a pharmacy staff quit after a customer berated her.This location is woefully understaffed. That said, having watched the staff take ridiculous verbal abuse for 70 minutes from the local geriatric population... no wonder they can't hire or retain staff. Locals, please cut the frontline employees some slack. They don't control wages or staffing plans. Call Corporate or go yell at clouds. The person who finally broke the pharmacy worker with his yelling, counter slamming antics almost left the 20 people in line without service until they finally roped more staff in to assist. This location should be avoided. It's a staffing mess with a customer base lacking in basic humanity.

**Update: yet again had another client error with this pharmacy.**I work for a doctor. While on hold I decided to read through these reviews and was alarmed. The next day our client went to pick up her meds and they said they didn't have a script. I called back and they did actually have it and were working on it, but sent her away. So the reviews seem to be accurate unfortunately.

I understand that most businesses are understaffed, but I called Walgreens to ask why my prescription still showed as "pending" after 4 days and the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. TWICE!

Terrible pharmacy. Prescriptions are always lost and I can never get medicine on time even when I try to get it a week or two early. Horrible customer service and I have not had an instance where I have had no problems with this pharmacy. If you can, use CVS. Way better service and I never had issues with CVS pharmacy.

The service is terrible, staff are liars, irresponsible, worst service possible. They didn’t fill the prescription that they say they will fill. Now theirs phone number is not in service. I’m not even talking about waiting for several minutes listening to their recording, not talking about wait time for someone to answer, but when you are so lucky to talk to someone, they don’t do anything! Welcome to USSR! If I can put no stars at all, I would do it.
