The staff here is excellent especially Cindy in the Pharmacy & Carol at the front register. There's a young black gentleman that works the register well & he's nice.
Any time I have to wait is worth it!

Went to Walgreens for a prescription. Had a long day. Husband in the hospital with a stroke. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled. Thought I would grab some dog buns for a quick dinner. Yuk.

Randomly closed on a Sunday. Drove all the way there and there’s a note in the window. Very unprofessional

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Never at all. Kinda and courteous workers. Bad reviews come from ones that aren’t nice people. Na sayers and other stuff I won’t write…… keep it up foxpoint Walgreens. You are just fine 👍🏻👍🏻 A+

This is the second worst Walgreens Pharmacy that I have ever been to, in terms of competence and staff.
They close early and randomly. Once was on a Friday, at 1:30. Female pharmacy worker had a huge attitude and tried to overcharge.
They refuse returns from other locations because they’re lazy.
I ran into someone that used to work here, and she said that it’s due to bad management.
I’ll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere, and making a longer drive. I’d suggest everyone else do the same.

I’m dealing with morning sickness very bad, Mike was very nice and helped carry stuff out to my car and assured that I was good before I left! What great customer service! Mike also made sure I left with a smile on my face even with how sick I am feeling. Thank you Mike!

**update a year later: Another terrible interaction with this pharmacy.**Update: yet again had another client error with this pharmacy.**I work for a doctor. While on hold I decided to read through these reviews and was alarmed. The next day our client went to pick up her meds and they said they didn't have a script. I called back and they did actually have it and were working on it, but sent her away. So the reviews seem to be accurate unfortunately.

I am a physician who needed to call in a prescription for a patient. After a long time on hold, the voice mail came on to tell me what time the pharmacy is on lunch break (an hour away) and then voicemail never came on, I finally got through pharmacy tech who said pharmacist was busy giving shots (to a whole family) and it will be a while and to leave a voice mail. Once again I told her the vm wasn't work at which point she hung up on me.

Always lines, pharmacy is very very slow, people who work there never can find meds, every time they check every bin like it’s their first day at work

I will never go to this Walgreens again. Instead, I will go to the much friendlier CVS right next door. I walked into the hall where the restrooms were and asked a woman, who was eating a bag of chips, if she saw a young girl go into the bathroom. (At the time, I could not find my daughter, but she said she wanted to go wash her hands.) The woman turned to me and said, "Don't bother me. I'm on my break." She didn't even have enough decency to say, "I didn't see anyone", or "I wasn't paying attention." Turns out, she's the beauty consultant, as she rudely offered me her card as I was leaving in case I would "like some beauty advice." I have never met such a nasty employee in my life!

Pharmacy wait time on average is between 20-30 minutes. Always a line regardless of time of day. Employees come across as apathetic and have no sense of urgency or care. I have had to move all of my prescriptions to the CVS next door.

I see you're e not taking gift cards on shipping orders anymore, so what am I supposed to do with my $100 gift card? Was told I can use for "delivery from store" but the item I want is shipping only, not in stock at store. What do I do? Will you send me a check to replace this worthless gift card? Huh???? Terrible idea to change this policy. I have one gift card now, and another on the way. So soon I'll have 2 $100 worthless cards. Thanks Walgreens
