Had repairs done after an accident. The work was done well. We were very pleased with it. They kept us updated throughout the repair. The work was done on time. Repairs were covered by insurance, so I don't know how competitive their prices are, but the work was great!

Caliber on Rawson avenue in Franklin Wi has done a great job on fixing my vehicle after an accident.

The work was excellent they even did a thorough cleaning of the inside and windows.. The desk crew was very helpful, I may even return for work on another car, my only complaint was that when i needed to pick up the finished vehicle, i needed a ride, the person I talked to said they were short handed and didn't have the time. I live about 4 1/2 miles away pushing about 70 years of age and had to walk on a 90 degree day.

Very smooth process. Sue and Elisha were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend using Caliber if you need body work. My car looks great. I needed my car back in a certain timeframe to tow my camper for vacation and Elisha made it happen! They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior which was such a nice touch!

I was in a minor fender bender on 4/18/2025. I called my insurance company, and they set me up with Caliber Collision in Franklin, WI to which I dropped the vehicle off on 4/21/2025. Steve J., who I believe is the estimator, walked me over what was visible in terms of damage and said he would let me know once the car was torn down if there was additional damage. I was originally quoted for about 2 weeks for the repairs, paint, etc. to be completed, which was fine as I would be on vacation for the first week of it.
Once I got back from vacation, I was given a call on 4/30/2025 (about a week earlier that projected pickup date) to tell me my vehicle had gone through quality and was ready. I indicated I’d try to get there that day, but it may be the next due to needing a ride over. I was told they really wanted me to come get the vehicle because it was “month-end” and that they’d stay later for me to come grab it. It was a bit pushy, but I found a ride to take me over to pick up the car.
Upon arriving, as I was walking up to my vehicle, you could visibly see about a ½ “ gap between the headlight and the bumper. (see image below after I pushed the bumper 2-3 times). In addition, there were a few large paint gouges on the hood, a large scratch on the door, paint chipped on the new fender the literally just painted and installed as well as a large gouge on the piece bordering my driver’s side windshield. When I showed Steve this, he acknowledged that he could see that but told me that “Well, sometimes with these aftermarket parts, they don’t always fit entirely flush”. Flabbergasted, I immediately walked my keys back into their office and told them I would be contacting my insurance company to let them know that they did a horrible job on the stuff they were supposed to fix, in addition to the several items they damaged while the vehicle was in their procession. I did provide insurance before and after pictures of the vehicle showing the damage caused by CC.
On 5/7/2025, I was contacted and told my vehicle was ready for pickup. On 5/9/2025, When I arrived, it was noted that the emblem on the door was way off. Again, a 2nd time driving over only to have the vehicle not ready to leave. Tim, the manager, was able to call and get a new emblem and have it installed the same day.
The overall experience was a nightmare. Had Allstate not suggested this company/location, I would have absolutely taken elsewhere, perhaps even a specific brand dealership to ensure the car was put back together correctly. In conclusion, 3 total trips to get the vehicle picked up, was told the aftermarket parts not fitting flush is a normal occurrence and this went through their quality check multiple times, only to have things wrong, multiple times,..having to pay out of pocket for an additional week of a rental because CC did not do their job correctly on the first try led to this review. I can only speak about this specific CC location, and not on the company, but I would avoid taking a vehicle for repairs to this location at all costs.
**Update 5/14/25
A regional manager, Matt, contacted me to express his disappointment in how things were handled and apologized for the many inconveniences that I experienced while my car was getting work done at the Franklin, WI location. Though, I would still never even think of taking my car to the Franklin location again, I would be open to going to a different location if I needed work done in the future based on Matt's recommendation.

I previously Posted some dissatisfaction having to do with not noticing another area that needed a little work and mentioning it to me. Soon after I posted this, I was contacted by them, brought the car in discussed the matter And they immediately for free took care of the area that was not included in the estimate.
