I went to Harry's Ace Hardware a year ago for a small washer. The person who handled the desk was very rude and just said it cant be ordered and walked off.
Again today I called regarding a replacement part for another item. They were rude to me and suggested I come in to see what they had available without
Any confirmation of size. Then the person just hung up. The business is understaffed. I would never do business here ever. I would go to Ace Elliott's Hardware, Menards, Home depot, or Lowel's before ever doing this place. Terrible rude service.

Very rude service by the manager. Website says products are on store. Will take my money when they dont have it in store and then I have to wait for a refund. Says things are in stock which isn't, I drive and hour to thr store and they say we don't have this or that, well everyday the store website say its in stock and its not, take my money then make me wait for a refund. Or course they blame corporate. Stay away for Ace Hardware
Yes drove and hours cause YOUR store said they were in stock. I don't call every store before I go to somewhere to check and see if everything is in stock before going to tje store 🤣🤣

They did not have a rather obscure item in stock, but they were able to source it and have it within two days. Excellent customer service, and why I return to this store for many of my household projects.

My husband and I love to support s mall businesses (instead of big box stores) when possible. We love the customer service at Harry's. I want to give a special shout out to a young man named Isiah. He's so knowledgeable and helpful. He's a keeper Harry :)
