If I could give zero stars I would. The urgent care doctors here are a joke. They do not care about you or your needs - they are just filling a job requirement. They will treat you less than what you are and make you feel like a liar. I will never come back, nor will I ever recommend this place or tell people anything good about it.

Staff has always had a positive attitude and is very attentive. The doctors do not appear hurried and take their time with the patient. Utmost caring and thorough. I have not experienced any long or even moderate wait time - I was always seen pretty quickly.

Usually a really good clinic but last time I went the NP that we saw. I don't think he knew what he was doing. Came out in more pain than going in. Didn't do anything for me.

Went in an hour before they closed on a Saturday. Staff was amazing. Took care of me better than I could have hoped. Highly recommend.

Hi I went to Aurora Urgent Care in Franklin yesterday for my urine infection problem. Every body there from receptionist to nurse and doctor listened about my problem very carefully and suggested me treatment and medicine. Thanks everyone there for the way as they treated me there.

My experience with urgent care on Loomis Suite 212 on 6/12/2023 was great. I'm not sure I've ever experienced a more friendly staff. From the receptionist to the various nurses, x-ray technician, and PA - they all treated me like an actual person and not just a problem they had to deal with. I especially felt that PA Lauren Flint was thorough and knowledgeable, and made sure I had all my questions answered - very personable and professional. I felt like we were tackling my medical issue together rather than just being made to feel like I didn't know anything. Again, I was treated like a person and not another problem to deal with. Thank you for making a not so fun experience a good one.

What an amazing staff! From the registration desk, the nurse, the exray tech the Dr and her PA in traing everyone of these lady's was kind and compassionate. I was a walk in on a Sunday after noon with a broken rib. Under 3 hours and I was on my way with a treatment plan. Wonderful experience.

I only give 1 star because it won't let me leave 0. My initial visit yesterday was a 5 star visit. The nurses and doctor were great.Today i found out I needed a letter from them stating I came in for treatment for my employment.The nurse that took care of that was very annoyed that I failed to request that letter at the time of my visit and read me the riot act and was very rude. She acted as if a 5 minute letter was highly inconvenienting her. And said that I should have called it in. Because if they would have been busy she would have told me to come back at the end of the day. Needless to say that was totally unacceptable behavior from her. She is not in a profession where she can take her attitude out on other people. Not very happy with how I was treated today.

Absolutely horrible care, Dr. Anna Anderson said she doesn't treat ailments she cannot see, so much for a diagnosis, only to find out later it was a staph infection. After I had asked her name the rest of the staff was more worried about why I wanted her name than why I actually went to the clinic in the first place.

I was just in this morning and had an incredible experience. Check in was very very easy and I was seen almost immediately. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and very helpful to me, will definitely come back to this location above others because of their supreme staff and care standard!!

Urgent care staff here genuinely cares about the patients. Sometimes the wait can be long, but you can check-in online and come in when their ready for you! The pharmacy is very fast. The building is a little dated.
