I’ve been to this ATM 5 times in the last year and this is the third time that the machine is down. What is the point of having a branch location with an ATM and it’s down the majority of the time?

How in this world people working on August 9th at 4:45 can be so rude and disrespectful to customers, I don't appreciate people with racial actitud, without manners, making fun of customers because the skin color, or diferent accent, I said... have a good evening! and they looked at each other and started laughing at me, no one replied me back, instead they just kept laughing.

The Chase bank Franklin branch is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Rawson and 76street and the area is a business one with many different shops at a walking distance. The staff is always very attentive to your needs and very helpful.

I occasionally need to get cash out of the ATM. Most often the machine is not working. The banks hours do not cater to the traditional working adult (the lobby closes st 5 pm.) Recently I was going out of town on vacation and needed cash. I scanned my card, put in my pin, selected the cash amount and received a “thank you for your business “ message but no cash. I returned from my trip and went to get cash out - the machine had a message “cannot dispense cash” Very frustrating and unacceptable way to run a bank.

Today we went to open a checking account for my brother and the banker Robert Schafer is very polite with us and even give us one more chair because we were 3 people at there. He was very professional and respectful, and we get the help we need from him. And by the way, we received the help without making any appointments Thank you so much !! :) I can’t wait to work with him again. He deserves 5 start.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, but I’ve never had a bad experience with this Chase Branch. They’ve always been extremely nice and helpful, especially when I needed certain information or did not understand something. Kara is great, she’s very nice and accommodating.

We have been with Chase Bank for 45 years and have most of our accounts there, including checking, credit cards, our mortgage, and my retirement accounts. I have never been treated by ANYONE IN MY WHOLE LIFE of almost 70 years, at any place EVER, like I was just treated today, 12/18/21. We went into the Franklin office for a simple transfer from my IRA to our checking account. We have done this same transfer multiple times over the years and retired people will know how this works, without any problems in minutes. The first officer could not open the required transaction forms on his computer so he asked his associate to help. This has already taken 15 to 20 minutes. As we went over to her cubicle, he put his coat on and left early. Coincidence?I think the whole thing went south we she asked me why I was asking for the withdrawal/ transfer. She didn’t like my response which was “because, it’s my money”? What would you answer? She never explained that there are certain categories the form requires the request be assigned to. The correct answer here is because I’m over 59 and a half. And the transaction went down hill from there. Next we were told that because it was a weekend, the transfer was not real time and would take place on Monday after she faxed the documents in. FAXED? In this day and age? Are you kidding me? FAXED!! So we were given the choice of waiting 10 minutes for a printed fax confirmation or we could go without it. About the time when I asked her if she could email the confirmation to us we were told no, and asked to leave her cubicle and eventually the building because she didn’t appreciate our attitude. REMEMBER, ITS MY MONEY!! So, we left and I’ll bet you anything, when we check on Monday, it will not have been done.Ms. D. D., you don’t have the temperament to serve your customers in a competent or professional manner. Quite frankly, you would be better suited asking people if they want fries with their burgers. Maybe you could handle that!We will see if you transferred OUR money on Monday and then start looking for a new bank! Hopefully one that promotes competency and demands employees prioritize great customer service. This Chase branch has no concept of that!! They don’t deserve your business!
