Now that self checkout is gone, we're back to the classic Walmart days of limited check out lanes and spending at least 20 mins in line - a major inconvenience for customers. Just go to Target. Not worth it.

Never experienced such a horrible experience before.
I went there to get baby formula and you know that they lock them behind prison bars because of the looting. Walmart is the only store that locks the 30+ oz also behind bars.
Regardless of their reasons behind that. If you are going to lock them like that, you should provide a way to call someone to open it for you when you wana buy one of them. They put that ugly black box at the glass with no instructions on how to use it. when I tried to press all the buttons on the box, nothing happened. I waited there for about 15 minutes and no body came to me.
I tried to look for someone to open them for me and found absolutely no body around.
I decided to leave the place and lock for someone away from the formula locker. When ai finally found an employee, she just told me “No English” and left. That was a surprise. I found another guy and thankfully he spoke English but knew nothing about the locker so he started just walking and asking other employees about it.
When he finally found someone she went at the locker to open it.
When I went there to meet her, She was also NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH. She only said she spoke Spanish.
Are we still in the US? Why no body in Walmart is speaking English?
I spent few minutes telling her what I want and when she finally understood and went to the checkout line with me it has already passed 30+ minutes on this.
I went to look for a manager to tell him about this, and when I found one he replied “Thank you for telling me, maybe the battery is low on the box” and proceeded to talk with the person he was talking to before.
I know Walmart is the worst store in the US, but this is on another level.
On top of that, this is the second time this exact thing happened to me and at the same store, Franklin Walmart Supercenter.
I filed a complaint with their customer service department through phone, and will update this review once they get back to me.
This is the last time I step in a Walmart store in my life. I will gladly pay more for better service in other places.

This is one of the few stores that I shop at in my neighborhood.their prices are lower or at the same price as other stores in the general area. It was clean and I found everything I need at this store.

My son went to exchange 200$ pair of ear buds he purchased 2 weeks ago, they didn't work. He had receit. They told him the numbers didn't match, and flaged them as stolen. Even had security there. Don't go to this store. Run for your life!
