Everyone at the clinic was very nice and helpful. It took the nurse quite a long time to find a vein to draw blood for a TB test. The nurse said I had “good veins” but I have never experienced it taking so many attempts to find one, or having a tourniquet on my arm. I would recommend this location just know you may be there awhile.

I got there at 8 in the morning and had to pee really bad so I was waiting quite awhile and peed a little in my pants.

Had to go for a random drug test. Staff was friendly and had me on my way in a timely manner

To wait 1.5 hrs for a random drug test seems extreme. Staff clearly over worked. However everyone there was polite!!

I just recently visited Concentra in Franklin wi, I couldn't say enough about this place. Every employee that I had contact with went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. Special Thanks to Sarah for her out most professionalism, and caring about my health. Not only will I be back, I will go out of my way to tell family and friends about there caring services. Thanks Concentra Franklin you guys are awesome.

The service was excellent. When I arrived (the business was easy to find), I was asked to fill out paperwork and have a seat. I was seen within five minutes of arriving. The staff was helpful and pleasant. And I received my results the next day. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Had to wait 3 hours to be seen and was sent to 2 different places for my blood to be drawn. It didn’t happen. I then had to go for a chest X-ray. They definitely need more people to help them.
