Got a new RV power cord with our new camper and led's on cord do not work, contacted this manufacture and they stated 'cosmetic' we do not cover under warranty, so if you purchase their products do not expect to obtain all the features advertised as some are just cosmetic, and not what you really needed or wanted. All of the RV power cords we purchased from Conntek are of great quality and easy to use! Our travel trailer is plugged in almost all the time using a 30-amp cord from Conntek and it's holding up well to the constant weather exposure. We love how easy it is to connect with the integrated handle and locking ring, and can see that the power is working with the built-in LED indicator. Thanks again for helping us find just the right products for our needs!
