The store is ok but the pharmacy is terrible. I received a text saying my prescription was ready and when I got to the store they didn't have a record of it. I showed them my text and they could not figure it out and I had to have my doctor resend the prescription. Then another time I called to check on the status of a prescription because it said in process for 2 days and they tell my they were waiting for me to confirm it before filling it!!! I wouldn't have my doctor send it to them if I didn't want it filled and they never called me to confirm, I could have been waiting indefinitely if I hadn't called.

DO NOT use this CVS for your prescriptions. They just stopped filling my prescription without warning, and they've given me no alternative, I've had to completely switch over to Walgreens. Just use Walgreens, don't bother with CVS.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've had only positive interactions with all. I drive 8 miles out of my way to come here. Love the dog treat program.

The pharmacist, Sara, was a total lifesaver. I had run out of my prescription and was very scattered/upset about it. Sara was professional and incredibly understanding of my feelings and did everything she could to help get my prescription filled quickly. I am extremely grateful to her and thoroughly appreciate her assistance and kindness.

The pharmacist gave me & charged me for someone else's Rx. When I alerted him, he got angry that I held onto the bogus receipt. There are too many CVS pharmacies in the area for him to be that rude about his OWN error.

The pharmacy is half empty, and a woman with very short hair and I think her name is Pat is very rude, disrespectful, she leaves you talking to herself and leaves, I and many other people would not return to that pharmacy. I am sorry I went there.

$20 CVS price versus $5.99 from other in-network pharmacy. Without a fuss I got the prescription at a lower cost, same 60-day supply. Got rid of an arrogant Manager, who tried to intimidate me and this is the same Manager (who touted her Master's degree) that I have dealt with back in July and very recent, and then got fussy when I asked about my cost share. It looks like people of your kind wanted to show Laurel on you head. Please improve and humble yourself.

Pharmacist Ki Koi is unhinged, rude and and aggressive. The pharmacist repeatedly called me to be disrespectful, yell, and insult me. Although I attempted to de-escalate the situation multiple times he instead chose to escalate the situation and even got to the point of threatening me. Completely unprofessional and I’m shocked this pharmacist still has a job.

The only helpful, knowledgeable staff member is the Asian pharmacist. He's the only one who tries to help. Everyone else is useless, incompetent, rude, and lazy. I've finally reached the point of filing a complaint with my insurance company, the ASHP, and the General Pharmaceutical Council. Every. Single. Time. I have to come here (our insurance made us) there is ALWAYS an issue. They "lost" my husband's diabetic testing strip prescription. Then they couldn't release my son's prescriptions because of the doctor's written instructions containing dates - and her instructions had nothing to do with dispensing, but starting dates for an increase in his dosage. Not to mention the female staff member with the European/Russian accent that likes to be rude, argue and not listen. Tonight they refused to dispense my son's medication because she (Kristine) couldn't be bothered to scan my ID from the drive thru lane. Which I've done every other time I've picked up. All of this is since January when our insurance company decided that this was the only local place in network to get our prescriptions filled. Not one single prescription pick up in 3 months has gone smoothly there.

Horrid!! Usually takes 5-10 minutes for them to even acknowledge that there is a line, and when they finally get to you, you find out your scrip isn't even ready, even though they had had it for several days, if not weeks.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Do NOT go to this CVS. They are perilously close to medical negligence. They don’t answer the phone. I can’t count how many times I’ve been on hold for 30 min and finally had to hang up. I’ve been lied to by the pharmacist and the techs. I’m currently on day 4 of trying to get them to transfer my meds to a different pharmacy and they won’t do it. If you put in for a refill and expect it to be ready to pick up, forget it. You’ll end up sitting there for a half hour waiting for them to fill it. Forget the drive through. You’ll burn a tank of Find ANY other pharmacy if you can.

According to their own employees, this location has been “4 days behind on filling prescriptions” for basically the last year. We get it. Corporate doesn’t want to fairly pay their employees or hire more people to get the job done. Looks like I’m switching back to Walgreens.

We gave the pharmacy a shot for a year. Repeatedly, the amount of time required to fill a prescription was days. In one instance they just didn't fill a prescription for me. They might be understaffed, poorly run, or both. Regardless, you'll want to listen to these reviews.

The wait at the drive through pharmacy was unbelievable! I will never go back because it took almost 20 mins to get through three cars!
