UPDATE: Because of the basement flooding, I went in to change to a different, bigger unit and they were so great to work with, they gave me a new spot quickly and I was able to move units right away. Tina is the GOAT, she got me through everything even though I was a mess in my head from everything going on at home. A huge shout out to them - I so highly recommend this facility! It's so clean and maintained.

Had a great experience at ESS this weekend. I went there to switch storage units to a small unit and Wes was extremely helpful. He took the time to make sure we were getting the right sized unit and he was very patient with us and took his time. The facility is very clean and secure. I would recommend. 5/5

The indoor facility is such a bonus when storing items all year round. There are no worries about your things getting ruined due to weather. The facility is very clean and always accessible.

They raised their prices every few months. We were paying over 260% over the original price from when we moved in a few years ago. On a positive note, the staff was always great to work with.

Very clean enviroment.
I really appreciate the inside parking and the dollies they provide for moving stuff from your car to your storage unit.
Sadly the cost became prohibitive
For me.
Should the need arise, I will consider them again.

I have been renting from this building since 2021, and they have done nothing but raise my rent month after month. It's a very clean facility, but the liklihood of the garage door working when you get there is 50/50. Now I have to find somewhere else to store my stuff.... GREEEEEEEDY
