Excellent experience all around. Super simple and friendly check in, brand new and super clean facility, drive inside to unload...couldn't ask for more. Very fair pricing, too, especially given the new and clean facility! I was very pleasently suprised!!

Very nice storage unit. Super clean, easy to find, very accessible, and the place is HUGE. Ruby was super helpful in assisting with the sign up and getting the ball rolling.

I have never seen a business change hands and change prices so many times, then you switch insurance companies and that was a raise in price. The building itself was clean with friendly staff

The manager Heather is amazing, Each Time that I have had some thing that needed to be done, she took the time to explain procedures to me and went out of her way to help me when I needed to change payment on short notice. Definitely recommend this storage location.

Price doubles after 2 months. The price increase from market adjustments are fake when Life storage and Extra Space merge. Now as the market share monopoly grows, they can set prices as high as they like, even if prices for their upkeep drop.

Life Storage - Franklin is a fantastic place to store your things. They keep the place clean and cool. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Very clean, good hours and good pricing. When I called to inquire about renting a unit, more than one person called me back in the following days to make sure I had answers to my questions. Signing the rental agreement was quick and easy.
