My kids have been attending this center for over 4 years and we are so lucky to be here. From enrolling my first-born 3-month-old during COVID and observing the center's diligent efforts to slow the spread, to their constantly evolving programing and activities, to their immediate responsiveness to any questions or concerns.
We are thrilled with the well-thought-out curriculum, the nutritious food, and the wonderful teachers. 4+ years for 9+ hours a day is a long time, and during this time we have had so few issues with our directors and teachers, it's pretty remarkable. Any minor concerns have been immediately addressed with good follow up, which we so appreciate as concerned parents who work full time and put so much trust in these providers.
CD Michelle runs a well organized and tight ship with brightness and cheeriness every step of the way. My 4-year adores her, as well as the AD, Lan.
There are pros and cons with all corporate daycare centers, but for our family, this facility has been worth it. I have heard from every teacher and parent (both current and former) that this is a top tier facility, and I wholeheartedly agree. If you can afford it, you would be hard pressed to find a better center in the area for your kiddos!

This Daycare Center is an absolute gem! From the innovative open gym for those unexpected bad weather days to the regular updates filled with pictures capturing precious moments, they truly go above and beyond.What sets it apart is their commitment to parent engagement. The winter gala was a fun-filled event, and the ongoing parent-engaging activities are fantastic. It's evident that they understand the importance of creating a community and involving parents in the learning journey.The responsiveness of the staff is outstanding. Any concerns or queries are addressed promptly, creating a sense of trust and reliability.Moreover, the atmosphere is a perfect blend of fun and educational learning. It's heartwarming to see my child excited about going to daycare every day, knowing they are in an environment that fosters both joy and learning.This center has truly exceeded my expectations, and I feel fortunate to have found such a nurturing and enriching place for my child. Highly recommend!

This Kindercare is fantastic! My kids have been to one other Kindercare and the difference between the two are outstanding. The staff are AMAZING the director is AMAZING! The way they keep you updated with your kids and the pictures are pure perfection. If there is a scratch or if anything happens you are notified immediately. The communication between staff and parent is beautiful. I am 100% happy with the switch and this daycare from the staff, director, attentiveness, to the teachings of the children, the cleanliness of the building is all and all spectacular. The security and comfort of knowing your child is in good hands and in a safe place is a great feeling. I am truly grateful to have found this one and if you are looking this is the one you want to pick the drive is well worth it.

Both my kids love it here amazing staff they really care about the kids and parents and staff. They do fun events for the kids for holidays photoshoots and even a preschool graduation sooo cute

We've been at Falk Park KinderCare for a little over a year now after leaving another center. We can tell our daughter is thriving at Falk Park. The teachers are kind and the curriculum is stimulating. We appreciate the professional and clear communication. We are so happy with the center and trust in the care they provide for our daughter!

My child attended and got sick so many times because staff comes in sick and never washes their hands or the children. Than they blame it on your child. The director could use some courses in professional development, and how to hire appropriate staff.

I have a lot of good things to say about this facility. Starting with the cleanliness and maintainance, it is one of the cleanest schools we have been to. Teachers and center director are responsive and pay alot of attention towards kids' needs. All in all it is one of the best facilities in the area.

Why does this location keep closing and sending us all around the city? They do discriminate against people that get assistance also because they don’t accept us!

We love this Kindercare! I have a couple other daycare facilities to compare this to, and Falk Park KinderCare is absolutely top notch! The facility is very new (and beautiful!) and the teachers are fantastic. Something very important to me is responsiveness from the director, and I always get a response same day to any of my questions. Highly recommend!

I love this KinderCare but more importantly my son loves it. He comes home everyday so happy and with stories about his friends and teachers.The app that this site uses is awesome too. I get updates and pictures throughout the day of what the classroom is working on. The teachers are involved and so caring and the AD and Director are always welcoming.

When looking for a trusted childcare facility, look no further!!! Falk Park Kindercare is the center to enroll your kiddos in! As a FTM, I was nervous about leaving my child with someone other than family; however the teachers & staff have quickly become a strong extension of our family. The time, dedication, support & genuine care that is exuded towards my son and our family reinforces the great decision we made to enroll in to Falk Park. ❤️❤️❤️

My daughter started this kindercare just last week. She goes to school along with my little brother. Her first day she was hesitant as any 1 year old but, by her second day she walked into welcoming arms with no problem. The app allows you to be updated throughout the day of when your child eats/sleeps/ what he/she is doing. I absolutely love it. More importantly, I love that my daughter and little brother loves it. I’m excited to see what the future of kindercare has to hold for us.
