The new space is just the best. Lots of room, huge tables and banners for tcg/rpg/wargame events. At least 3 really big and very clean ♿️ friendly bathrooms. If you liked the old store in the same mall, you'll love the new space.

Excellent game store near Milwaukee; huge clean space with more than enough table space for cards and for tabletop gaming. Wide variety of product, ample bathrooms, snacks for sale come have fun

The Franklin store is my go to when I am looking for my latest gaming fix, whether it's a new game or an older game that is new to me.
I always try to go when Darlene will be there. She is friendly, patient, has a wealth of knowledge and is always a joy to speak with!

We stopped in on a busy day and were lucky enough to be helped by Mouse. What a breath of fresh air! Despite the chaos, Mouse was calm, attentive, and remembered small details we mentioned in passing. They have a great sense of humor and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. It's rare to find customer service this good.

Place is warm and welcome. The employees are pretty easy to talk to, especially Darlene. Also has a great selection of different games.
