Worst experience ever! I bought windows and paid for installation. They brought the wrong windows with them the first time, they rescheduled twice after that, then finally did show up months later. They started by tearing the old windows apart, then stopped before finishing installation and just put the old wood back on, that they had just clawed off!! They said it would be more expensive than they originally agreed upon, because of rotting wood, which the original estimate literally says it covered all rotting, "seen and unforeseen"! They've acknowledged they are in the wrong based on the terms of the estimate, but offer nothing more than an apology that we we will not be getting what we paid for! After missing 4 days of work to have their installers not show or finish the job for one excuse after another, an apology just is not enough!

BILLLLLLL was amazing. We goto Home Depot 5x a week and this guy has been the most helpful guy in years. He has passion for the job and deserves recognition. Thank you bill!!

I had a water heater installed 2 years ago. The installation was done promptly. The Home Depot website states 3 year warranty on installation labor. Cold water supply now has a leak at the fitting the installer used. Contacted store and they said the installation warranty is only 1 year unless you pay for the additional 2 years at time of service. That was never offered or explained. They offered to send the installer back out to repair at a minimum $125 charge. Disappointed that they do not stand behind their installation as advertised. I won't make the mistake of using their installation service again.

Reserved a box truck online. Called to confirm that it would be held for me since I had only that day available to move - they confirmed. After waiting in line for 20 minutes (not a complaint - they were busy), I was informed that they never reserve or hold outdoor equipment. "Then why was it confirmed to me?" The response, "We do not reserve or hold outdoor equipment," again... Asked to speak with someone else about this issue and was told a manager would be up in 5 minutes to speak with me. 35 minutes later, I left without ever seeing a manager. On my way out, another employee asked what happened and he ended up shouting and cursing about the poor management at the location.I still don't mind shopping at Home Depot, but management needs to consider responding to their customers.

Poor product selection, poor prices, no covid policies. Much better places to shop near by.

Did some shopping on Sunday, every department we needed something in, there was an associate willing and able to help. The store was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Will always go to this Home Depot.

I had been looking everywhere for replacement slats for our garden benches, no one sells them. But I saw on a blog comment from a Home Depot personnel that they would gladly locate and cut the wood to the dimensions needed. I headed over andbarely walked in the door with slats in handand the salesperson said you need help and cutting done? Yes! I said and 10 minutes and 16 cuts later I was back home and working on my benches! Love you Home Depot! ?

Helpful staff. Got a submersible pump and 2 reduced butterfly bushes in great shape.
