The lady who cut my hair today gave me the most wonderful hair cut! I have never truely been satisfied by my hair cuts till today! She cut it while being mindful of my piercings, and checked in with me every time she was going to start on a new section of my hair. Not to mention that not only did she do all of that, leaving me with an amazing cut, but also that she put notes into the system for other stylists in order for me to get a similar cut the next time I go as well. Though I didn’t get her name, I remember that she was of African American descent and she had her hair tied up in a bun on top of her head. If you find out who I’m taking about, you should definitely give her a raise! Thank you for the amazing haircut!

I had gone to Sports Clips for many years now. I tried Great Clips on a day that Sports Clips was closed, as I had a busy week and needed a haircut.I loved my haircut! And it was less expensive than Sports Clips as well!! I found my new spot for hair cuts. I’d add a picture, but it’s been a couple of weeks now, so it’s not a good representation of the quality of the haircut. I’ll post pics on the next review or edit after the next cut.

Once I found Felicia at Great Clips, I didn't need to look anywhere else. She is an amazing barber/stylist and does a great job cutting my hair and my husband's hair. Everybody is so nice and accommodating there, too. It's clean, neat and convenient. I highly recommend the Franklin Great Clips location.
