I was very hesitant coming in for a haircut as I had a bad experience at a different salon a couple years ago. I have been going to the same person for over ten years but not able to right now. Michelle was awesome! I will for sure be back to Michelle. Thank you for turning my fears of having someone else cut my hair into a great experience!

I asked for a 1 1/2 inch trim. My hair came out long on one side and short on the other as well as choppy. Though not super noticeable (you can still see it), I’m embarrassed to go to school and am trying to find a way to hide my ends. Im starting to understand why the stylist did not let me see the back at the end of my haircut. My braid somewhat works, but the end of it looks crooked and unnatural. I’m really really embarrassed with this.

Last time I was in, not only was I told that by the hairdresser that was cutting my hair that she didn't want to cut my hair the length I was asking to be cut because she was too scared about making me look masculine, even though that's what I wanted. But not only did she not do what I asked, she cut my hair two different lengths in the back that wasn't noticeable when my hair was shorter since my hair is curly, but it was incredibly noticeable as I grew out my hair with an inches difference between the left and right sides. She also didn't clean up my neck like I asked, and I had to do it myself when I got home. No, I didn't mess the hair up myself as the hairdresser I saw somewhere else said the lines weren't the ones she sees when people cut their own hair. I'm generally very understanding and patient, especially if someone is potentially newer at their job. But there's no excuse for any of this, and it's incredibly disappointing. I don't foresee myself coming back. Be cautious if you do, especially if you don't have straight hair.
