“Consistent customer for decades. Brookfield store is our go to location. Super friendly staff, clean carpeted store, great variety of supplements with cosmetics, groceries, produce, frozen, liquor, cards.”
“The best shop in Bay View...you know what best in Milwaukee!!! They never disappoint! The most potent I've had in the city!! The proprietor is very knowledgeable and kind!! Always offering to let me know when new inventory arrives! If you have not been here or bought here...GET THERE WHEN YOU CAN!!”
“This was the place to go if you want to take your health into your own hands. The man who owned the shop (up until a couple years ago) was a wealth of knowledge and passionate about helping people the natural way. The new staff is still friendly but it is now just a clerk with very limited knowledge. You can still find most of what you are looking for here but sadly, now you will need to do your own research so you know what to buy.”
“Great customer service. The managers and staff are always super friendly and helpful. There's usually one person working and they do a great job of balancing customers and checking people out quickly when they are ready. I live close by and have been shopping here for a few years now. Highly recommend.”
“My mom and I stopped in today to purchase a few items and I wanted to give a shout-out to Gabe & Clay. They were so friendly & knowledgable and really made our experience wonderful. Even though I live in New Berlin and am 5 minutes away from a different location, I will definitely be driving here from now on based on their great service. Thanks!”

“This is THE go to nutrition place in the area, and it's because of the staff.
You can get supplements and other stuff anywhere, I know, I WAS a lifelong Vitamin Shoppe customer until 6/20/2026. What you can't get anywhere? AMAZING customer service. Jake and Logan are the absolute shining example of what employees can bring to the table. I bought more than I initially intended AND signed up for the higher membership because they were so honest and helpful I knew I'd be back. Do yourself a favor and come in to this location just for the staff, even Chick-Fil-A can't touch the level these guys are on. I'm looking forward to running out of something just to have an excuse to come back. Why are you still reading? Go see Jake and Logan already, you'll be glad you did!”
