I absolutely love this gym and keep coming back to it after trying other places. The variety of classes are amazing - especially love the Innov8 and Aqua Cardio classes. I had Winston as a trainer and he ROCKS! My husband has Caleb as a trainer and he really enjoyed his sessions also. Everyone is very nice and there's plenty of options to get a full workout daily.UPDATE: Issue was quickly resolved on the new app and I'm very happy with the quick reply and response to my questions. Again, I still love this gym and will continue being a member.I only gave 4 stars because I'm frustrated with communication. My biggest complaint is no matter who I ask a question to at the front desk, day or night, no one ever seems to know anything. I think there needs to be more training or reference materials available to all staff in order to provide better customer service. This doesn't only apply to the front desk, but anyone that works at the facility. Now they've changed apps for signing up to group classes and I've received no communication and numerous calls/questions, I still have no resolution on how to sign up.

Zach is our personal trainer and we are enjoying working with him. He is cheerful and attentive and pushes us to work hard but also respects our limitations. Many Jo does a great job with silver sneaker classes. Very welcoming and great instructor.

I recently joined Innovative and I LOVE the therapy pool! I'm recovering from a shoulder injury and the pool really helps relax my shoulder after doing my exercises. Can't wait to be healed enough to start taking some of the classes!

This is the first time ever for me having physical therapy and I have felt that the team was very knowledgeable professional yet friendly. Within 24 hours I had a significant improvement in my condition. I think this is a very good team and they are extremely efficient.

Add more water aerobics classes. They are too crowded, no room to move, tempers flaring, people getting bumped and kicked, and not getting the work out we are paying extra money monthly to attend. Your instructors are great. Please work with them to restore these classes to being worthwhile again.

I am delighted to have found Innovative Health & Fitness. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hayley and Zach have been a pleasure to work with and Mary Jo's senior class is just what I needed. I'm looking forward to my time there each week.

After the abrupt closure of Xperience Fitness, I was looking for a new gym. I had passed Innovative Health & Fitness many times over the years but never thought about it until my PT said that some of her patients used the pool there. I stopped in for a tour and the promise of a free week of gym usage. After seeing the pools I signed up for membership the next day. I have taken three different aqua classes, sorry not a Zumba kind of guy, and can’t believe how great the they are. For me the low impact classes are perfect. The instructors are great and the high energy classes are a great workout. The facility is really nice and clean. Just take a tour and you’ll soon be a member like me.

I have never left a negative review of a small business before, but I am completely fed up with the membership cancellation process at this gym. TWO separate times I have had memberships at Innovative and both times after confirming my membership was cancelled, it was not & I was sent to collections. If you want to keep a credit score, pick a different gym for a membership.

Joined Innovative about a month ago. I mostly use the equipment on the 2nd floor. It is always clean, with plenty of wipes to clean the equipment. Love the key card lockers. Lots of equipment to use. I wish there were more Silver Sneakers Classes. Treadmill TV’s don’t work unless you only like watching Jerry Springer. Was told they will be changing to Spectrum but won’t hold my breath on that. Wish employees walked around now and then for questions on how to use equipment. The locker room and shower area are very outdated and a bit gross. Especially the shower area. The staff at the front desk has almost always welcomed me when I arrived. Nice touch. If the shower area had been better, I may have given a 5 star rating. Very nice gym.

I don’t attend here but I got a tour and it looks nice. My main issue is their 6 week free fitness challenge. Don’t fall for it. I went in for a consultation and it’s $599 and you get your money back split up between 12 months and only if you sign up for their fitness plans which are $129 a month MINIMUM. You get the initial cost back as a credit only if you sign up for a whole year. It’s not free, it’s a schemey sales tactic. I spoke with sales manager and he was pushing it soooo hard to make that sale. I told him multiple times I can’t afford it and he made some degrading comments how I must be going to Starbucks and getting fast food everyday so I should be able to afford it, and make a weird comment how he’s going to call my manager to make me work full time so I can afford their fitness program when I’m a full time student. Kept on telling me to bring in friends and do it with them. Very odd, unprofessional and clearly just pushing overpriced plans. Not worth it so be aware!

My son is getting private swim lessons from Josh. Josh is amazing! He’s helping my 11 year old son prep for his Boy Scout swim test for summer camp. Every time we go for lessons the front desk associates are so friendly.

I’m usually uncomfortable in gym atmospheres, hence why I waste money signing up to past gyms and end up not going consistently. At innovative it’s different for me! The staff is welcoming and always working to keep the gym and equipment clean. I took a class and everyone, plus the instructor, were extremely nice and motivating, once again making me feel comfortable. It has a nice pool and locker area. The only downside is the selection of machines. They only have one type of each machine which makes it a little bothersome to go in and get your workout done because someone is 7 times out of 10 using the machine you want. Overall though you get a lot for the same price as other gyms.

I have been happy with my first few visits to Innovative Health and Fitness. It feels the right place to get started on a plan to improve my muscle tone and balance, weight loss efforts and general outlook on life after the loss of my husband a couple of months ago. Walking the indoor track with the great view out the windows is a nice warm up for a half hour stationary bike ride, followed by a swim - my own personal routine. But I am glad there are personal trainers that I can consult to improve my exercise plan. I like the variety of activities Innovative offers and plan to take advantage classes that are offered and probably some physical therapy for my damaged shoulder which has lost a great amount of range of motion. I think Innovative will become an important part of my weekly routine.
