I was charged plumbing permit and and electrical permit to get my dishwasher intsalled. When the inspecter came sto my home he said there was no electrical permit pulled, and failed my inspection. Now I have to hire a electrician and pay for the electric permit again. I got no refund from the store for unpulled permits.

I bought samsung fridge from them, broke down once last year. got it fixed, and now fridge is no longer working again. I've only had this fridge five years. Said my five year warranty expired, so unable to help fix. All this money for a fridge that only lasted five years. DON'T buy samsung appliances. Said warranty plan expired, so out of luck. I got a fridge in basement and it's still working over 20 yrs old. american. What a rip off. don't buy from lowes appliances, junk.

I am truly disappointed to have to leave this review. I have attempted multiple avenues to work with the store to resolve our complaint. This store picked up quite a large order of items (after a comedy of errors deck project) and has neglected to return all the items they picked up. The supervisor from the pro desk was kind and professional when we were in store, but does not respond to emails to have the situation resolved. At the end of the day, I do not trust the integrity of the leadership at this store. They are clearly ok from blatant theft from their customers and so I would be wary of shopping here.

Came here looking for patio furniture, and grass seed. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. The store was immaculate, and shelves/isles were very well stocked/organized. Definitely great management, and it shows. Prices were very competitive and reasonable. Check out was quick & convenient.

I was in need to keys being made. Was sent to the key machine. Waited and waited. Lots of employees around. Group of guys standing nearby chatting away. Laughing having a good time. Pressed the button several times for assistance. No one came. 21 minutes I waited- no help. Mind you this was at 9:30 am in early November. So I go the MyKeys station, standing there trying to make a key when I was hit by incoming carts. An older employee didn't want to be bothered by actually walking carts in so he was flinging them in. Hit me in the leg and hip with a projected cart. Didn't feel to good. Do NOT go to this Lowe's if you want service. You won't get it here. Likely walk out injured without any apology, without getting what you came for unless it was a headache.

I purchased an $756 oven from them. I purchased the haul away package. They tell me they're arriving 8-12 so i take off work, they don't come until 7pm so i had to take off from coaching just for them to tell me they couldn't take my oven, so i need to reschedule. I am annoyed, i call, on hold forever, call disconnected 5 times before i actually get a human at the store, not to mention i was on hold earlier with the 1-800 for AN HOUR before getting a human. So, Monday comes, I take off again, they arrive, no call so i am scrambling to quickly put my dogs away, the oven arrives with FIVE different dents on it. I am LIVID. I tell them to take it back, i am told by a woman at the Franklin, WI store the next delivery day will be 6/29-6/30, 20 DAYS after when it was supposed to be delivered, with no oven. I was told management would follow up and that i will be called. NO ONE calls me. I have to try to get a hold of them, i am told someone will call me back two different times, no one ever does. So, i have to call the 1-800 number again only to be told the store filled with people who never do as they say, for them to refund me. Guess what? No one called me. I finally had to call this morning, spoke with a manager, and i also had to ask her for a sorry, she didn't even say sorry. Pathetic.

Garden center employees very helpful older gentleman. Walked me throughout inside and outside until I found what I was looking for. A little patience is required before 8 am as gates are locked and had to walk through store to get to garden center but this is due to cashier starting at 8 and not 7 am

I went with this store to order blinds since a friend said they had the best price. Yup- you get what you pay for. The communication with staff is so frustrating . First it is hard to get a person to answer the phone to even leave a call back number. After spending lots of $$ Im still dealing with a defective blind after it has replaced already after a month of the original . So much poor communication. I hope blind number 3 works and the others don't break down after a year.

Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of follow up provided following a fence installation that created numerous safety concerns and the worst workmanship ever experienced. My family has been reaching out to the local store (Franklin, WI) for weeks. I guess the next step is to hire an attorney. Lowe's better hope that a small child or pet isn't killed or injured in the meantime due to your negligence.

Customer "no-service" staff only repeat the same little speech. That includes the trainee, his mentor, the shift head cashier, and the shift assistant manager. The manager on duty, stayed in the back of the store because he was too busy to talk with me. Despite the fact that I'd provided the original gift card and all the paperwork, they refused to put the refunded money back on the gift card. Instead, they insisted on handing an "in-store only" credit. They refused to listen to what corporate Lowes had instructed, in print, to simply use a blank gift card and place that in-store only amount on the card. Interestingly, their store refund policy is against state law. The only appropriate situations for in-store credit is when there was no receipt or the item was a gift. When a person shows the receipt, the refund should be of "like kind."

Worst customer service. Ordered a new grill online, great price. Wanted curbside pickup. Was given an estimated date it would be ready. 3 days later, called to check order. Had to call 40 times to get someone to answer. When they did, they are not friendly and really don't have knowledge to answer questions. Finally, the grill is ready, and nobody can help load it into the truck. Will not go here again. Ever.

We ordered a shed kit on 5/2/2020 for delivery. It was to be delivered 5/27. On 5/27, I received a call from Lowes delivery at the Franklin store. I was told that the flatbed driver called in sick, so we would have to schedule for 5/28. Ok, no problem. 5/28...no call, no delivery. I called there, spoke to the delivery department at 10 am. The girl could not determine where the item was. Said she will talk to another person and call me back. Nothing. Called back at 3 pm. Spoke to a woman that said she couldn't tell if the company made it yet. Huh? I asked her what that even meant, since the delivery department had called the day before... She said that she couldn't tell if the manufacturer "did anything with the order yet." Then she said, "I can just cancel it for you." Um, no. We already waited a month. I called the store manager and got a lot of "Um...Uhhh...I'm not sure...". He ASSURED me that he would speak with another manager and figure it out and call me back. Two weeks later and no call yet. We bought a shed elsewhere. Used to love Lowes...Not so much anymore.

Every time I go here they are more than helpful and honest. I've had items loaded in my car by the staff before I'm finished paying for them!
