Got a great deal on a new water heater. Shout out to Garri - thank you! I've had some hit or miss Lowe's experiences, but this recent one was definitely the best.
Update 19 June 2025: had another great experience here. The cover for the outdoor conduit outlet body that feeds electrical to my garage has been missing for years. While I couldn't just buy the cover, Stavros helped find and measure a product to ensure proper fit before I ventured out to the store. I am so grateful for this, and the part fit perfectly. He also helped me with another matter, excellent service, and so kind. A couple others helped along the way and were equally kind. I know it's customer service, but it truly felt genuine and I really appreciated that.

Wanted to order composite decking for my customer and Isabella had me order it at the wauwatosa store, seemed a little odd to me, 6000.00 order, but a couple weeks ago I tried to order trusses for a job and had to go to blifferts, lowes prodesk went from being the best for years to being the worst, hopefully someone can fix it because I love shopping there

Our customer and I did spend 1hour 30 minutes on pro department ordering a shower door and the components, multiple times we did clarify and request the lady that was placing the order that we need to confirm the order and to Make sure all parts match and connect together base return panel and glass door,
The lady say everything is confirmed and you will no have any problems with the order,
We did get the base installed then tile walls when project was ready for the return panel installation we did unpack the boxes and did find out that the doors was wrong packaged or lady did a huge mistake on placing the order, Dreamline manufacturer did never answered emails or calls we did to request a replacement we did wait around a month,
We did call to the store and the person said they will not accept anything back and a rude way with any other option or trying to accept their mistakes
Very disappointing we will end in file a complaint with customer protection department or finde another legal form to recovery customer lost

Always a favorite hardware store when needing plants or garden supplies. They always do a good job matching and mixing paint colors .

Waited at Front door, Rilude employees left door locked, finally opened it. Went to buy wire in the wire section...waited 5 minutes, began looking for people had 2 employees walking toward Mr and look right at me I said "excuse me can you help me", they turned and walked the other way qui kly. After shouting "Hello, Hello!" A lady finally offered to get someone, waited and a guy came couldn't figure out the wire rack system, had to get another person who figured you had to turn it on. Took another 5 minutes of him trying to figure it out further as she walked away. Asked him not to unspool the whole wire, he did anyways and tangled it.
I'm here 20 minutes still waiting on him to figure out how to sell wire to me.
Staff is rude, ignore customers, literally run the other way to avoid work, store is disorganized and the websites listed stock is very inaccurate.

Ciro and Debra were AMAZING. I came looking for a large piece of plywood for a project but honestly had no idea what I was even looking for once I walked in. I was having kind of a hectic start to the day with my toddler so I was dreading making this trip but needed to get out of the house. I looked a bit confused and some guy (and i’m sorry for not remembering his name, younger white guy with short hair and some stubble) saw I was confused and he offered to help. Ciro then came over and took it from there to find and cut the wood. Ciro and Debra were so kind to my son. His mood changed when Ciro let him watch the wood being cut, he loved being apart of it. Ciro helped me with the huge slab of wood up to the counter where I met Debra. She engaged with my son as well, she was so sweet and has a great sense of humor. Ciro helped load it into my car and said to ask for him if he needed any other wood cut in the future. You can tell he likes to be there and strives to help the customers with a great attitude. I highly recommend this Lowes as they have very personable and knowledgeable workers. I hope management sees this and rewards them for the customer service they provide.

Angel at Franklin WI Lowe's was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed by her customer service, her friendly smile and her knowledge. I have shopped at a variety of stores not just in WI but throughout the US and Angel is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and respectful I have encountered. Thank you Angel!
