What happened to letting the customer have the part at the price?! I ordered a sensor which was listed as $29. They canceled my order and email stating about some price change. Not my fault. I just find it scandalous I found my part for $29 and you canceled and to buy my part is now $111. So laughable. I found the same exact part in my city for $60. Never coming back here for business.

Spent 600 dollars on a spoiler just to wait a week and have my order cancelled because they “aren’t able” to ship it. Waste of my time and now im waiting however long to get my money back from this bogus company. Could simply have listed it as shipping not available.

I ordered a part for my VW Rabbit. I received the part and it was for a different model year. I have been trying to send it back and get my refund, but have gotten no response or callback. Do not order anything from this website because it's overpriced and they never response to people who want to return a part and get their refund.

To start of I was looking for center caps for my Touareg. I came across this site, the reviews looked good so I ordered from this company. I got my order great, it’s after that is why I’m leaving this review. When I myvwpart center caps did not match up to the one I had left I called at least three times and then looked on there website for an email address to get in touch with them and get a return authorization form, they would not respond. I emailed them three times as well. Finally after leaving a bad review on there website they finally contacted me by email giving me the form for return. So then I decided to email them back and ask if I could send my old center cap back with new ones and kept being told that there catalog would not allow there company to mail wrong parts. When I sent numerous more emails showing there catalog is wrong I have not heard anything back since. I have sent the pictures showing the difference between the two and according to the company I’m wrong
