I have banked here for a while, and the staff has always been the best. Until recently... The new girl, Janet, she is the rudest person i have encountered at North Shore Bank. She doesn't smile, shes snappy, doesn't seem to know what she is doing, and I have seen her be completely rude to her coworkers. If you go to this branch, i would avoid going to her.

The customer service at this branch is so low that it erased the proximity points. The point of making an appointment is to block off time to transact business with a banker. If something happens to interfere with that appointment, a simple phone call allows the other party to reschedule or alter their plans. So I took precious time out of my busy day to go to an appointment that the banker didn't feel was important enough to cancel.

Awesome customer service! I am a newer customer to North Shore, but I have had nothing but great experiences thus far. I used to bank with the bigger banks, but I love the personal feel of this bank. Everyone is always pleasant, and they go above and beyond to help whenever I have a question or concern. Highly recommended!
