I am writing this as a warning to other Pick n' Save customers at the Franklin store on 76th Street. Do not trust that the cashiers are accurate! In particular, the younger cashiers are an issue. It is not that I believe them to be dishonest. However, they are clearly not well trained. That issue rests squarely on the shoulders of the ownership. Understandably, these young people are trying to quickly scan groceries in order to keep lines from building. However, accuracy suffers at the cost of speed and these high school aged cashiers cannot have a clear understanding of what a cart of groceries cost. Anyone who has raised a high schooler knows that they eat like they have no concept of the cost of groceries--particularly with recent inflated prices.Today, I was nearly charged DOUBLE my actual grocery bill. The young boy who was my cashier could not scan a pricy BOGO item (pork shoulder). This was a Sunday, so it was also understandable that the more experienced cashiers had the day off. His solution was not to slow down and do the job correctly, but to execute a series of voids, charges and other actions that confused everyone, including himself. The bagger working with him suggested some fixes that made the situation much worse ($287 instead of $151). She then had the audacity to suggest that the bill was "pretty close." I asked for a manager. He went to the BOGO items and another item that was scanned in place of another item. Soon, he realized that I was not trusting the bill and offered to rescan my whole cart. I gladly accepted. When the total was in, the cost of my grocery bill was about $136 LESS than I was being charged initially. He clearly could see that the younger employees had made errors. When, I thanked him for listening to me about how inaccurate the bill was, he agreed it was way off. When, I expressed concern about how the younger, less experienced employees had tried to convince me that the bill was "pretty close," he said that he would "talk to them" about how they handled the situation. It would be better to know that these employees will be better trained in the future to exhibit both accuracy and timeliness. Also, a little humility and consideration of the customer might also go a long way, too. I understand that for the wages paid, it hard to get employees who care. Maybe it's time to give Aldi's or Festival a try. I love Sendiks, but they are pricy. But, if I'm getting overcharged when I don't do self check-out or watch my cashier like a hawk, maybe the cost would be closer? Guess I'll have to find out.

I wish I could give 0 or negative stars! Just trying to go in and get medicine for my sick child and there was an old man with 4 teenagers literally screaming at every person entering and leaving the store and by the managers blessing!

I recently ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral. The live plants were beautiful and the basket artistically arranged. Heard many great comments about it.

Friendly staff and good prices! I'd give 5 stars except the digital coupons are way too complicated to mess with- not fair for busy parents with kids or people not good at using their phones. Just give everyone the sale price!

I really like this location of Pick N Save in Franklin. They usually has everything pretty well stocked, at least as far as the items that I shop here for. And also another huge positive thing that I have noticed about this store is that I have never had to wait too long in the check out line

You get the usual nonservice. Everytime I shop at pick n save they never take off for sale prices and eclips. This has been an ongoing problem. I've made several attempts to correct the problem with the same no solution. I know this happens a lot. Most shoppers will not notice or just shrug it off like I did for months/years. Seems intentional. Most don't notice the lack of sales items snd eclips not being deducted. I shop elsewhere.

I moved here from a different area out to Franklin. This is where I try to do most of my shopping. Here's the problem, and I don't understand this. Why are the shelves being stocked on a Saturday instead of near the end of the week so items are ready for the people who need to shop on Saturdays? A LOT of the, admittedly, popular items weren't in stock at all in the frozen food cases. Some of this may be due to delivery schedules, but if that's the case, you need to talk to your distributor and work to find a solution which seems to plague this store more than the other Pick 'n Save stores.

Stopped in before going to work to pick up some round loaf bread. At 8 a.m.the only check ourt lanes open were self serve. With it being a holiday plenty of people shopping at this time most of them were elderly. With the amount of employees that were on staff at the time to only have 4 self checkouts open is absurd. Most had carts of items and having to run these through the self check was not efficient. At one time 3 of the 4 registers had their help lights on. This to me is not meeting the needs of your clients. Don't get it Pick n Save

Fabulous checker, Anton. Was at the end of an 8 hour shift, long lines of people but he still smiled, joked and cheerfully rang up all 20 of my gift cards. What a nice experience!

Always out of items!! I went today with a small list of things to get. I needed fresh green beans. They had been out of them for almost a week. I wanted to get a particular ice cream that was on sale. There wasn't one single container of the ice cream and no signs indicating that they were out of them. I picked out 2 - 20 oz bottles of Gatorade only to be told at checkout that they are not sold singly even though there were about 50 individual bottles of all different flavors on the refrigerated shelf AND on sale 2/$3. So she wouldn't let me purchase them!! This is all aside from the fact that, when I download the weekly digital coupons, none of them come up on sale at checkout! I need to stop going to this store just because it's a little bit more convenient than a nearby Sendiks.
