Today is 50% day in my Hiller experience. We bought a 2017 CPO Ford Escape 114 days ago and it has been in service for 57 days awaiting an engine replacement - and there is no end in sight! In the last 57 days the only alternative management and ownership have provided is literally "hope for the best". The Hiller Ford Motto is "Expect More". In my experience, you should expect very little and once you sign on the dotted line you can expect nothing other than disinterest and condescension.

I have been coming to the quick lane at hiller ford for years and they never disappoint. Customer service is top notch, especially by the service manager Rachel. I know that my car is in good hands!

Service to my truck was great Aaron in service kept me fully informed during my trucks 2 week stay at Hiller Service...ONLY issue was when I went to pick truck up on Saturday morning, is when i handed the clerk taking the payment my credit card, she for some reason asked me what my credit limit was....it took me by suprise because it's nobody's business. I honestly felt insulted as if she was profiling me and my ability to pay. Given the fact that I have a excellent credit score and could afford any vehicle on the Hiller lot or on a Mercedes Benz lot makes me think she is not trained properly for a customer service job... I would love for a Hiller representative to reach back to me to explain why such a question would be asked.

I bought my first car from Hiller Ford in 2010. And my second in 2013. I guess there must be a reason why I keep returning. I just purchased my third car from Hiller Ford (Tom) and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I didn't see exactly what I wanted in their inventory, but Tommy found exactly what I was looking for, and quickly. The purchase process was seamless and easy. Their service department has always been honest and reasonable with me. When I find a business that works for me, I stick with them. I will recommend Hiller Ford freely.

After experiencing bait & switch at 2 other Ford dealerships, I tried one more time at the recommendation of a friend who had a good experience here. I found the vehicle I wanted on their website, and contacted them about it. We were ready to close the deal; I was just waiting to hear from them about the APR for the loan (I have very good credit, but I don't sign paperwork without all the details spelled out)... and then it was ghost town. I tried to contact them for several days... waited several more days... nothing. They completely ghosted me. I believe this was a bait & switch, OR that they sold the vehicle out from under me. But either way, this was a very disappointing experience. And after trying to buy a Ford from 3 different Ford dealerships, and getting nowhere, I ended up buying a Ford from a non-Ford dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly... when I could actually reach them. But friendliness doesn't sell a vehicle. When I finally heard back from the finance guy asking why things seemed to be hung up, I told him I already had my new Ford from a different dealership sitting in my driveway, and I have no clue why both he and the salesman had completely ghosted me. I still haven't heard a peep from the salesman since then.
