Have just returned from Sam’s in Franklin. It was crazy today, long lines. Picked up the purchase cards for for wireless headphones they had. Loads of the purchase cards out there. Get in a long line to wait, make it through the check out, girl goes to get the headphones....comes back, sorry we are out of stock....me: but you have loads of these cards out there...cashier: I know, we leave them out for when we get stock in. You can go to members service for a refund.....only way to members service is pretty much to go out of the door and come back in again and join another long line.
Not a great experience....such a stupid idea to leave these cards out as if you have stock....why not remove them or if that’s too much trouble hang a sign that say OUT OF STOCK!!!! Forgot to mention the price said $29.99 and they charged $39.99.

Such rude bakery workers. Never seen such pathetic excuses for customer service in my life. Had multiple horrible experiences now when placing personal orders and pick ups, will never return. Nobody wants to be talked to or treated like a child simply because they want to order from your bakery. Nobody at their bakery station wanted to take my order in person either. Another location it is.

I absolutely love the scan and go feature on the app. I go to this location several times a month, and it's always clean. The employees are very helpful, and I love it when they have free samples, so I can try it before I buy it. They have the Just Bare chicken tenders there for an outstanding price, and they have some of the best prices on bulk grocery items, like their prepackaged spring mix, which has double the amount of the Pick-N-Save spring mix, and it'shalf the cost. I can't believe how much money I have saved on food and drinks since I started shopping at Sam's.
