Urinal in men's room wrapped in plastic/out of order. Stalls full of people stinking up the place. A line waiting into the isle. All check-out lines 10 or more deep. When we walked in after finally finding a parking spot way far away half the lights were off and the place was dark. We stopped in looking for a specific item that Kenosha was out of. The Kenosha store is a paradise compared to your Franklin store. Never again.

My friend can't walk well because of knee and disk injuries and there were no motorized carts. I was told the one sitting at the door was broken, why don't they fix or replace it? Also, get more carts, the few they have aren't sufficient!

You do have to pay a membership fee but it usually has a lot of other benefits that almost every person with a house can use

I hate Sam's Club. Everyone is mean. Costco and Sam's Club are the same. Their both big. They both have the snack shop their. Expect Sam's employees are mean. FYI, hire nicer people

This is ridicules! You cant buy a whole pizza because they are understaffed! You're only allowed to buy in slices (so you can pay more). What in the world are these big companies doing? Your menu clearly has the whole pizza on it for sale and whole the pizza's are available? Two workers in the back working. They also turned off the scan and go part to not be able to purchase a whole pizza.

I got the email about the Quaker recall the other night, and it said I could come to the Club for a full refund. I was worried I would be questioned and hassled when trying to get the refund, especially because I bought over $1000 of granola bars since January. But Timothy at the front desk, and Hilda & Yvette at member services were SOOOO incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what to do and how do it, and all with a positive attitude, it was a wonderful experience. I don't say it often, but these three deserve a raise. I said they made this experience so positive that I wished I could give them hugs. They said, "We'll take hugs!" then came around the counter for hugs. They made my Sam's Club Franklin experience so positive that I will continually return to and recommend Sam's Club Franklin for my personal and fundraising purchases. Thank you Timothy, Hilda, and Yvette!!!

My friend purchased his tires from Sam's Club and one had a slow leak. He called December 1st and was told they were booked until December 23rd but they do take walk-in appointments. Honestly you can't wait weeks for a leaky tire. We got to Sam's Club and were told that walk-ins were not being taken on Sundays when he was specifically told this was the path. Another gentleman was also trying to get his tire fixed and was told the exact same story. We tried to get the store manager and after begging someone to help we got to her about 20 minutes later. She reiterated that walk-ins are not taken on Sundays but asked who they both spoke to as if both gentlemen were lying to her. After my friend said he was going to video the conversation miraculously the technicians said they would look at this tire and would call him around 3 or 4pm to pick up the truck again. She was very accusatory and unfriendly. After, we went quick shopping and I was shocked at the limited number of employees working the store. It was raining outside and all of the carts were wet so you had to wipe down your own cart. Everyone was definitely not happy with their jobs including the manager with the purple gray hair. They all hated their jobs and it definitely showed. We went to check out and there were only two lanes that weren't self service open. Fortunately we got there before the lines were fifteen people deep. We asked the check out lady if they were going to open the other lanes but she replied they didn't have enough employees to staff the lanes. This is why I shop at Costco because people are paid a fair wage and they are friendly and helpful. It's a completely different vibe than Sam's Club. If you don't pay well and don't have a positive environment people will call in sick and quit. This trickles all the way down from management to the lowest level employee. I am tired of people blaming the pandemic on poor service - it's the company culture that is sour here. My friend got a call only 30 minutes after we left that his tire was "fixed". All they did was inflate his tires because they said they were five years old and if they started to leak again he should take it back into them so I don't think this solved the issue. We had to drive back another 20 minutes when we could have waited there. My friend is cancelling his membership and is going to join Costco where it's a night and day difference for service and the entire shopping experience. Wake up Sam's Club before people get tired and all cancel their memberships. Honestly if memberships were free I wouldn't even shop here.

HORRIBLE customer service, even from management. Also, I pay almost double to be a Plus member, which receives free shipping on orders, and the reason I became a Plus member. However, Sam's Club has made the decision to have their 3rd party delivery drivers now drop off items that you order as shipped, and the majority of the time I don't receive my orders because of this.
