Poor quality both times I’ve been to this location. Their wait times may me half or a quarter of other locations and there’s a reason for that.

Very busy on Sunday, but it was worth the wait. Justyce took care of my son and I. She did a great job with us, and was awesome to talk to. Very good with kids, and did a great job with me too.

Scheduled two appointments for both of my sons. Arrived 5 mins early and checked in at the front desk. Ended up leaving after waiting 45 mins without being helped. 30 minutes into waiting my two sons who were supposed to get haircuts names’ were deleted from their check-in board after being “on deck” for 20 minuets. The employee asked me to sign in so I could wait again. Will not be back.

I was never greeted and So much for the wait time, waited 5 min, then 10, then 15 after checking in online with no one in the store, just sat there while the lady small talked someone, I use sportclips but never here EVER AGAIN, maybe don’t leave people in the waiting room.

I checked in at the store with a 20 minute wait. When I came back 20 minutes later they deleted my check in. This is the second time they have cancelled my check in. If I can't leave and come back what is the point of a check in? What a waste of time.

Taken in right away at my appointment with a pleasent greeting from a stylist named Lexi. Her haircut matched her awesome customer service and did not disappoint. Super nice, and gives a great cut. Will be back!Service: Haircut

Terrible haircut and terrible customer service. They were defensive and would not give a refund when I was not happy and had one of the worst haircuts of my life. Maybe they should stick to mens hair and not womens. Bottom line if the customer is not happy you refund them and give them their money back if they do not feel comfortable going back to your place of business! (Had a broken mullet looking haircut from damaged hair and I told the stylist not to touch my breakage in front framing my face and when cutting she proceeded to cut the breakage shorter, I had a worse looking mullet leaving then when came in.) I had to go to another hair place last minute, since all hair places close by 7 and find a skilled person who knew what they were doing and talking about to fix the botched haircut I just had received! ( Bad / botched haircut in first few photos from this location! THE SHORTER HAIRCUT PIC IS WHAT I GOT FOR 25 EXTRA DOLLARS AT OTHER HAIR PLACE I HAD TO STRESSFULLY LOOK FOR LAST MINUTE!!!!)

Girl named Lucricia or something like that just gave me a cut. Super rough with the buzzer, to the point it was painful. Spent maybe 1 minute cutting the top to my requested "finger length", which seems very uneven. Most of the girls spend 5-10 minutes on this aspect. Very short with me, no customer service skills what so ever. Always get the shampoo as well, and she spent about 15 seconds on it then said ok you can pay up front. She fumbled around with the computer, couldn't get it right, price changed multiple times before she told me to put my card in. Very disappointing. Had Lexie last time, and she did a great job and was kind and courteous. Very different experience.
